Background: Chime is one of the chimecho twins and is the younger sister of Echo. She grew up near Mount Pyre and spent a lot of time playing with how sounds reflected off the mountain. However, one day, hunters invaded the land and tried to seize all the chimecho. Being taken by the hunters, Chime was eventually saved by Echo after he broke into the hunter’s base and took her back. They have been a wandering group ever since.

Background: Echo is the older brother of Chime or rather, two minutes older brother. They are still twins in fact. Having a deep psychic connection with his sister, from an early age, Echo was flooded with what his sister felt about the world. At first, Echo was afraid of this and recoiled. However, he soon became used to it. One day, hunters came and took Chime. Angry beyond reason, Echo went after the hunters and fought them all until he could get Chime back. After that, they started traveling.
