At work, avoiding doing any actual work for as much time as I can! I did all sorts of stuff earlier, and now don't want to do anything. I think being within an hour and a half of the end of my shift may be a large factor in this...
What's been going on here? Nothing much. It's hotter than should be allowed out there again. I'm not looking forward to July at all. July is worse than June. It gets really hot and humid. I don't like the humid one bit any more.
Well... I think I will wander off and see what mayhem I can cause...

Well, the list of things I don't want to do is quite long.
Mainly... I don't want to go outside. Now that it's summer, the weather has decided it has to act like it. Hot and humid. The temperature was in the upper 90s out there and the heat index was triple digit. I really don't want an entire summer like this.
I had today off. I spent it inside. I was going to try to get up early and go to SUX for a while. But... I slept until 11:00 again. I really have to stop doing that. I think going to bed earlier than 3:30 may be a step in the right direction.
Otherwise, I didn't do much today. I tried working on a counted cross stitch picture of General Grant, but didn't feel like it. Then I tried a bit of crocheting on a doll I want to send a friend. That didn't hold my interest either. It's been a pretty monotonous day.

All righty then. It's 2:15 a.m. and I should seriously consider sleep. Yeah. That's a really good idea. Last night I didn't get to bed until around 3:30 am & didn't fall asleep 'til at least 4:00. Then a thunderstorm ripped through a bit after 6:00. I actually got out of bed to go downstairs to make sure my car alarm wasn't going off. It's been known to go off as the result of really loud thunderclaps. Seriously.
But before I go to bed, I have a few things to mention and/or explain...
1. The lack of matches post from the other day. I was at work and someone called down to ask if we had any matches. I said we were out at the time, and their reaction was, "Oh, you've got to be kidding me," and they hung up on me.
2. I'm not looking forward to all the motorcycle enthusiasts that are going to be in the motel the next two nights.
3. Yes, I know my hair is a bit on the frizzy side. It's been rather humid out and there's really not much I can do about short of shaving my head, so I'd rather not be reminded about it. I really can't stand the frizz and being reminded about it just pisses me off.
4. If I'm at work and it's mostly insane, I probably won't be going on Facebook to play Farm Town, so don't call me up and tell me my trees need to be harvested and that you want me to hire you to harvest them. I have better things to do with my time.
5. I work Friday. I always work Friday. There's no point in asking me if I work it when the only way I get to have it off is if I make the proper sacrifices to the appropriate people. Even then, I probably won't get Friday off, so don't ask such obvious questions. You should know by now that one individual won't work Fridays and the other one will never work Friday's if they can help it, because it cuts into their drinking time.
6. You're an idiot. I've never liked you and never will. I barely even tolerate you. I don't care what your pets do. I don't care what your neighbors do. I don't care what job leads you get, because you will never take them if they're offered to you. I would probably be very happy if you just shut the hell up. But I know that will never happen because you have no brain.
7. I really should go to bed.
8. This has got to be one of the longest posts I've done in quite a while.
