    @Teapot Domescam:

    Our college system is different where I live. We don't major in anything in college. We study about half the number of subjects we take in Secondary School, but at a much more in-depth, more rigorous level.

    If I remember correctly, you live in England don't you? Then I assume you're familiar with the GCE "A" Levels? Ah well, you may have just heard of it at least, I think it's quite outdated over there, lol =P That's what college prepares us for.

    Haha, I actually like the Death Note movies even though I usually don't favour live-action versions of manga, as you said. I mean, creating a live-action movie out of Death Note is still practical because of the realistic settings and environment, besides the presence of Shinigami, which is about the only supernatural being in the movie (its CG portrayal is fantastic =D). The story had to be cut short and some parts changed, but they were kept realistic at least. After all, they have to compress it into 2 movies, not much can be done =/

    Death Note fans should be relieved though, because it wasn't an utter failure like *coughdragonballevolutioncough* =P

    L Change the World was the only live action movie I saw from the Death Note series, and I watched it online. >.< Never did go to the theaters to see it. Actually...I don't even know if they put it in the theaters here...

    Anyways, I really did enjoy that movie. L is my fav character from DN and I think the guy who portrayed L in the movie did a great job. It was definitely more light hearted than the DN series, which I liked. L's interaction with the kids was pretty funny at times. ^.^

    LOL!! Believe me! I know how crazy it gets when you're in college! At least it's only for two years. I mean, I understand how people want to go for their master's degree or higher, but really, I'm so sick of school, I don't see how they can stand it!! >.< I do wish you the best in school though! Just take one thing at a time, and believe me, it gets a little easier wants you get used to the whole school routine.

    See ya around!

    So thats where you ran off to! I was getting a little worried, but I knew you were still alive when I saw the comments you left me in my blog, it was sigh of relief at seeing those. Anyways, I know college is hard, but dont worry we all understand, or atleast everyone SHOUD understand, its a lot of work. What is your major?

    I have only seen one of the Deathnote movies. I ddnt like it that much, I dunno, I am not a big fan of the live action films that arebased off of animes. They always lead me to huge dissapointment in the end. I like the actor who played L, but everything else was pretty boring and weird.

    Wow you sound to be setting yourself up for a task with a years worth of back dated posts to add ~ Laughs ~ As long as they are still relevant to how you are doing now it could be interesting, especially with the promise of drama. I like hearing about the tough sides of people's lives and experiences to that could be great to read ~ Nods ~ As for this movie I have seen it ~ looks proud ~ The other two as well though it was a while ago now. I really enjoyed L Change The World ~ Nods ~ My memory stinks though so i can't remember more of my thoughts than that (much kudos for you remembering after a year lol)

    Good luck with college and continuing to write these up and it is great to see you on here again ~ monster hugs you ~
