Alright, so the plan for my birthday changed about 10 times, but once it was set in stone, it was set. My cousin that shares the same bday as me wanted to share our party, and so I gave up having a BBQ at just my house with my immediate family, to have a BBQ at his house, combining them. It was a good decision. He set it up for a Brazilian BBQ, and if you don’t know what that is…well you take the different meats and skewer them, then cook them over charcoal, continuously turning, and cut off the cooked meat as it progresses. You can also skewer fruits like Pineapple and cook it the same way. Zomg the pineapple was so good : F I loved it so much <3 Mainly we all just socialized. I was shocked that when I got in, everyone greeted me with “Happy Birthdays” and hugs. xD I was expecting to just sneak in and blend. Lol Then, I think the funniest part was when everyone sang Happy Bday to us. They were so off-key, it was thoroughly amusing. After food and cake, we started drinking. I didn’t have too much at first, but then the shots came out. And the whole “Where is the Birthday Guy and Gal?!” Oh my. I got a little/lot buzzed. *coughs* Then there was dancing…and loud music, and more hugs and love amongst the clan. It was nice. Peaceful…
Came home and my parents, bro, and cousin(rode with us and is staying the night since he’s wasted) all sang me happy bday again and had me make a wish/blow out the candles. Then they gave me a gift. ….A TABLET. <3333333 So so so so happy. (= I didn’t expect that at all. Not. At. All. <33 Just as unexpected as the Balloons and Starbucks card my other cousin brought me earlier in the evening T-T AND, as unexpected as the birthday wishes I received here. TT~TT I feel so uber-loved today.
Thank you all. <3333 I am so very very fortunate to have all of my friends here. I love you all. You give me immense emotional support. I hope I am worthy of that love. ^^
