I liked the part where Kawachi turned out to be all about the Kansai-ben.
I really want to start reading Yakitate!! Japan. I should look into that some time, 'cause I loved the show.

Hey, Iron Chef worked out for Food Network. Something like a live take-off of Yakitate! Japan could succeed. ^^
