Long Time, No See && Karakab0b?

xD I want to change my username, but I finally got promoted for the first time in Otaku history. I don't want to lose what I just got. After three years, it's been WAY too long. Alright?

Anywho, it's been a while. Just wanted to show that I'm still alive. No art. At least not until summer break or any other major break. Thanksgiving doesn't count, and I don't know about Christmas. We'll just have to wait and see. Until then, it's just another hiatus.

It'll be awhile before I upload something new.
My latest picture of Ravene barely got any views + hugs.
I'm not drawing as much so I can focus on school.
My grade in Honors Biology is slipping, and I need to bring it back up to an A.
It's at a low B currently. :[

I have some good news.
I managed to draw a sketch.
I haven't drawn in a while.
I made a bust shot of Roxas and I like how it came out. :]
It's still in my old style, though. But that's fine.
I'm starting to grow to like it more && more each day.
I might keep it, I might not.
With the help of Sayura-kkeseo, I'll definitely improve faster. :]

August 15th: The Revival

I'm sure most of you already know, as my sunbaes had already made a journal about it. It's time to bring back the Legendary Otakus; the ones that have seen this site grow over the years [myself included]. My username and date of joining may say otherwise, but I have been apart of this community since '06, starting out with the username: ChibiRikuLuver. I was influenced by Sakurie-sunbae's artwork to join the site. I became friends with her and I started to grow more. After a while, I became tired of the name [since I didn't like Riku that much anymore] and became Anonymous Wolfie. The alias that the majority of Otakus knew me as. It was then that I had become more closer to most artists on the site and grew as not only an artist, but a person too. When Version Vibrant came around, nearly all of the Legendary Otakus left to join deviantART. This is when many others realized that theOtaku isn't a family site like it used to be. Many begin to join by its popularity and the major artists are slowly drifting away. We decided to fix that.

Come one, come all fellow Otakus~! Join us as revive the old Otaku and show them where the heart of theOtaku came from. :]

Vocaloid OC

I just thought about making a Vocaloid not too long ago, and I thought it would be fun to make one.

I guess the only difference would be:

• It's a male Vocaloid with feminine features. Basically looks like a female, but in a male's body.
○ The Vocaloid is actually a child. Around 10-12. I don't know the average age for a Vocaloid, but I want them to be younger by a few years.
• Broken. Yes, I want my Vocaloid to actually be broken. He'll have problems while singing, which can give this effect to the type of music he sings with. I'm also going to make him rap, which will help with groups like Epik High.
○ I want his Optium genre to be Electronica, pop, rock or other similar styles to it. So he'll sing songs that have autotone in it. For those unfamiliar with the term, here's an example of autotone:

For example, REPRESENT! has some autotone in his songs, so my Vocaloid will sing songs with them in it. :]
• His clothes might be centered around Lolita-style, but I'm so sure right now. His colors [that I have in mind] are: Maroon, red-violet, pink, brown, and grey. I'll just have to pick the color scheme later.
○ Most likely will be singing either English or Korean songs. : P I can't help but add Korean.
• As for his item of choice, I want this male Vocaloid to carry around a huge Gloomy Bear. :] I love them too much for him to not have it. If that interferes with copyright, then I'll have him carry a large pillow with...something on it. :/ I don't exactly know as of yet.
○ He'll probably sing somewhere in between bass baritone and tenor. I can just see his voice in that level. As for how he sounds, his voice is a mix between masculine and feminine. It's hard to tell what gender he is. 8D
