OMG. OMG OMG OMG!! I HAD SUCH A SURPRISING DAY! The Honor's Breakfast was held today at 9:00 AM. Before that, I was in Science. During the Honor's Breakfast, I sat next to Ariana and Danielle cause my dad wasn't there. It was 10 minutes later, and he still wasn't there, and the people started giving their speeches. Finally, my dad came barging in, everyone looking at him, and I waved for him to sit next to me (and find me).
I was happy he came. Then when they called my name to give me my certificate, my dad applauded. Then when I sat back down, my dad gave me a piece of paper and a binder. What was it? I had NO clue. I swear, I thought it was something from the teachers. But after reading it, I WAS SO HAPPY! It said that my whole family congratulates me, and that an Amazon Kindle 2 was waiting for me in my bedroom! OMG!! I was so happy, everyone around me stared at me. It even said at the bottom, that the first book was on my dad. How sweet. *sniffles* I was so happy. The binder was a manual of how to use it. Then, my dad left and I went to my next classes.
I then went to Algerbra (two periods) and Tech Ed which was really empty because the rest of the kids were on a field trip. Speaking of field trip, tomorrow, I'm going on a field trip to the Art Museum. I'll explain it tomorrow. I'M SO EXCITED. Sadly, I'm in Aisha's group, and I'm still mad at her. Anyway, on the bus today, these kids were playing with their cell phones next to me, and they got in trouble. And the bus driver said that this whole area was getting referrals (very bad), including me. Sadly, I wasn't doing anything and I'm a shy girl, but I still got in trouble. Whatever. But my Amazon Kindle 2 keeps me sain. I've been playing with it. IT'S AWESOME!
