YAY! A NEW YEAR!! Welcome 2009. *sniff* And goodbye 2008.
It's a start of a new adventure, just as I said yesterday. Yesterday, we counted off to midnight, and celebrated! We played with the sparkles outside and it was freezing! Then we came back inside and had some hot cocoa! Brrrr, it's getting colder and colder everyday, no kidding. Anyway, I'm gonna miss 2008. Maybe it wasn't the best year for me (since I'm not in Germany anymore when everything was fun), but I enjoyed that year. Hello 2009!
Today we watched some scary movies! Most of them were W.E.I.R.D. WEIRD! To tell you the truth, old movies aren't that scary. Modern scary movies, now that's what I'm talkin' about! Yet, I never watch them cause I'm such a baby. Oh well...
Later we're gonna make cookies to celebrate the new year. Did I say we were going to do that yesterday? Yeah... it didn't work out. Everyone was tired by the time we finished our hot cocoa. Me, on the other hand, well I wasn't that tired because I'm usually up at 12:00 PM. Anyhoo, we're going to make the chocolate and chip type. I love it when they're soft and gooey. Yum! But I don't really like how they taste when they're crunchy and hard. They taste... plain like that.
