Dear Nina,
*sighs of relief* Good. Before my mom woke up this morning, I drew her the cutest card ever! Today for her birthday, we woke her up with a birthday cake and cards. We shopped at her favorite store. Then we ate at the Grand Buffet (Chinese). And then we went to the mall to buy her something. Between hours, her family and friends called her to wish her a happy birthday. When we got home, we watched a movie and ate popcorn (her favorite). In my family, we kind of have this tradition for birthdays. If your birthday is on a school day, you wake up to find a birthday cake with candles for breakfast. And while you eat the cake, you'll be opening presents (yay). They'll be lots of picture taking too :3. Then when you get home, my my parents would treat you to your favorite resterant. Then you do something really special the next weekend.
To make my mom's birthday a little bit better, we decided to add something Christmas-y. We decorated our fake Christmas Tree! It's our first time using a fake Christmas Tree. I like using real ones. But that's okay because the fake one is for downstairs. Tomorrow we're going to buy a real Christmas tree like we always do, and decorate it. It'll be set up upstairs. It was really fun. And we'll be listening to Christmas music like we were when we were decorating the fake Christmas Tree today.
I really have to go now, so I'm just going to tag myself:
