Dear Nina,
Day Fifthteen of Building Our Deck
Day Two of Tae Kwon Do
What a day! They actually did alot of work on the deck today! Well, today I woke up early again to see my parents off. Then I went up to my bedroom and fell asleep and woke up at 10:15 AM. Then I made my food and my brother's food because he was too busy on my mom's computer playing on There.com. That's really annoying. Anyways, I then finished and we ate in the kitchen and watched TV. Then after I finished, I went upstairs and went on the computer. All I did was watch Special A, I think. Heh. Then I went downstairs and drew and read Naruto while having a snack. Then after that, my dad came home and I rushed to get ready. Then I drew in my bedroom. Then I fixed my hair and then we left.
Once again, my brother didn't feel like going, but I did. When we got there, we took off our socks and then got into a line. Then we did warm-ups. First we did jumping-jacks (to my surprise). Then we did push-ups. Then we ran a lap indoors, and we did that for a while. My legs really started hurting. Then we did this type of walk. Then we practiced our kicks with this plastic thing. These 3 about nine year old girls helped us with it. And then we practiced this running thing from cone to cone. Then we got into a line and practiced our kicks for a long time. We did the push kick, and then these other kicks. I was pretty good at them! We had to hit this thing that makes a squeeky sound whenever you hit it. I got really good! And 2 of the senior level 9 year old girls messed up and had to do push-ups! Haha! Then we got a break. My hair was falling, so I had to fix it! It really was getting messed up. Plus, my feet were freezing cold! I mean, the floor was cold, and my baggy sweatpants didn't help (they were a bit too big). Then after kicking and our break, we all sat down in a line and watched the girls fight!! COOL! Watching 9 year olds fight was awesome! They had to stay inside the cones and had to wear alot of gear and mouthguards. And when they faught, it was cool. But I think I could have done better. And I also didn't get how they added up the points. :P But it was still cool! And then the other girl who wasn't fighting was even the referee! Then we all got up and did some more. We then learned blocks. I WAS REALLY GOD! And my dad said I had a good stance. Yeah, I was upset that my mom wasn't there, but my dad was there. And then our Master told me I was the best and the blocks. I think I was too! YAY! I was really good at the two blocks! Maybe even better than the three girls in front of us showing us how to do it. Then at 7:00 PM, we all bowed and then was dismissed. YAY! That was fun! Then as soon as we headed out, we noticed it was raining REALLY hard.
And we ran to the car. Then we talked about our lesson. Then we went to Target. And then my mom called and said the lights when out in our house. The first thing that popped onto my mind was: OH NO! ALL THE SITES I HAD OPENED ON MY COMPUTER ARE GONE! NOOO! And my mom was also by herself in the dark. So we left the store and got some food from Wendy's and headed home. Well, we had to get dinner out right? I mean, how can we cool with no electricity? And in the car, while waiting for our dad to get the food, my brother and I just played around. Then we headed home. When we got to our neighborhood, we could tell there really was no lights anywhere. Except these houses next to ours! THEY HAD ELECTRICITY! NOT FAIR! Hmph. And then we arrived at my house. It was really dark!
My mom had already put candles in the bathroom and kitchen, so it wasn't pitch dark. Heh. And then we ate our food. My brother was really scared. And didn't want to eat. And then my dad got mad at him because he wouldn't eat his food. Hmph. Then after eating, I sat in the middle of the kitchen and did some "Talking-to-the-Electricity-Gods" stuff. And then I went with my dad onto the deck under the roof-thing. And then did some more stuff to try to make the electricity go on. I looked dumb. And my dad laughed and went back inside. I did that for about 30 minutes. Then I had this crazy idea. And I told my brother that if he did the Haruhi Suzumiya dance with me, I promised the lights would go back on. I just had a feeling it would. Then we did it, but nothing happend. *sighs* And it was still pooring out. And then my mom said I was being too loud and locked me outside on the deck. Haha! But it really wasn't locked. Just closed because I was too loud. It really still was getting dark outside, and I could see the lightning. And it was pretty though because the other like 4 houses had lights on and it looked pretty. The house next to us had no electricity as well and I could see this guy carrying a flashlight everywhere. Then I got up and went upstairs and as soon as I was about to go into my bedroom, the lights went on. I SCREAMED! I WAS SO HAPPY! I then ran downstairs and hugged my brother and yelled and was happy. Yeah. I WAS REALLY HAPPY! YAY YAY YAY! And I slid on the floor and ran around the living room. I was really happy. Then I showed my mom the blocks and she did pretty good too. She loves doing the blocks with me. Then my brother and I faught again because he wanted to show my mom how to block. Then my mom watched this show in her bedroom and I watched on the floor because I was dirty. Then I noticed my dad was watching in the living room, and then I watched it with him. And at 10:30 PM, I took a shower. Then I went up here and then read Naruto. Then as soon as I went onto this laptop, I noticed that nothing had been lost. TOSHIBA DIDN'T TURN OFF WHEN THE ELECTRICITY TURNED OFF?! NO WAY! THANK-YOU TOSHIBA! Toshiba is really the best laptop ever. Saving everything, thank-you Toshiba! I was really happy. Haha! Then I watched Special A and started typing this! But right now, the internet isn't working. I was just working a few minutes ago, and now I can't watch Special A anymore *sobs*. I don't know why the internet suddenly turned off. I was only able to type this right now, at 12:00 PM. But I know I'll have to post this up next morning when my dad fixes the internet or my whole entry will be gone. Oh well. It still counts as me typing this TODAY, right? Cause I did. :] But still, I don't know why my internet isn't working. I tried checking this thing but it still doesn't work. Hmm... weird. PLUS, I DON'T GET TO WATCH ANYTHING! I was even on Episode 15 of Special A. Well, good day.

Question & Answer:

Q: How long did it take you to type this?
A: IDK. A while.
