Dear Nina,
Last Day of Mom's Week
I guess you can call this day: A day of Bad Luck. Or a day of Entertainment. Yes, indeed, after waking up, I had Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast. Haven't had that for a while. Then I fell asleep again, but then had to get up again when my mom got back from her walk, to get dressed. Yeah, I fell asleep while getting dressed and ended up being the last one out the door, by 20 minutes. Heh. First we went to the Public Park. I stayed in the car, reading Fruits Basket because I had to return it as soon as we went to the library. Yeah. I finally returned it. *sniff* I'm sure going to miss that manga, so much!! Anyway, in the library, I skimmed through Mamotte! Lollipop, remembering how awesome that manga was. Then we went inside this room of the library I've never been inside before. We went there to make Duck Shirts. Yeah, a shirt with a duck on it. The person in charge first explained how to put the design of the duck on your shirt, then we did it on our own. I got some sandpaper and colored a duck on it, using crayons. I had to press down really hard. So hard, my fingers started to hurt. Ow. And then we ironed it onto the shirt, and ta-da! Beautiful. Yup. I was the last one finished. Heh. It turned out pretty nice! After, I checked out the manga I wanted [Naruto].
We then went to Amazing Glaze. I know our pots and stuff weren't supposed to be finished by Sunday, but my mom and I just wanted to check. And guess what!? They were finished! Mine, was amazing. It was shiny, smooth, almost perfect! I LOVE IT! Even my brother's turned out wonderfully! Then we went to eat lunch. After lunch, we went to Lowe's. *yawn* Just thinking about that place makes me tired. It's boring. Lucky, my mom just wanted to return some lamp shades and check out the outdoor plants. My brother and I waited on some outdoor couches for my mom. I read Naruto while waiting. Heh. Then we headed home.
At home, I just organized my money and read my manga. I even got the chance to show my dad my amazing pot thing I made at Amazing Glaze. Then after like, an hour or so, it was time to go. And again like this morning, my mom and brother had to wait in the car for me. Why was I so slow? I had to finish what I was doing, and get ready to leave! What was up with me today? And that's kind of when the bad luck started. Then in the car, I took out my Nintendo DS and started to play it. I was still mad at my brother from this morning because he played one of my games when I specifically told him NOT to. And it just annoys me right now, just thinking about it. He played it, because he WANTED to. UGH! And he also played anouther of my games. It just makes me mad! But I should go back to the main subject cause I'm just going to start blabbing away if I don't stop now. Anyhoo! Yeah, I got out my Nintendo DS and the stylus flew right out of my hand when the car turned, and under the seat. And that kind of upsetted me. And to make things worse, my Nintendo DS then falls right out of my hands and hits the ground, hard. UGH! And I was more upset about my stylus getting lost, because I had that stylus since... since... since... GERMANY! Since I was in Germany! Grr.
But why were we in the car anyway? We were going to a Quarter Auction. When we got there, there were absolutely no more spaces. Well it seemed like that at first. But then some of my mom's friends pulled out 2 chairs for us and made some room. We got 3 paddels. Last time we were at a Quarter Auction, we won many things, right? But since today was my "unlucky" day, they only called us 3 times, and we didn't have that paddel up. And we won nothing. We even tried making some luck, but, no luck. Heh. During the 10 minute break, I read Naruto #12, peacefully, trying to ignore the thunder outside. My brother was scared. He HATES thunder. I don't. :P Then we continued on with the Auction. This one time, I thought they were bidding for Bear and Fine (whatever that means). And I really wanted that bear, if it was stuffed! And I put in the quarter and it was embarrassing because they were actually bidding for Beer and Wine. O. M. G. Embarrassing... I mean, to rase my panel, for something like THAT?! I wonder what the people around me though. Ugh. I'm so dumb. Anyway, when we ran out of quarters, we left. We didn't want to stay the whole time. It was getting late anyway.
Outside, it was PITCH-DARK! And there was lightning. Plus, it was raining. And I screamed all the way to the car, just for the fun of it. Heh. And in the car, I just sang to all the songs on the radio. Why? Because my brother was horrified, and I just wanted to keep his mine off things. Such as my "annoying voice" (that's what he calls it). :P Anyway, when we got home, I took like 30 minutes looking for my stylus. I rearranged the seats, I got a flashlight, and did all I could to get that stylus. Sadly, I failed. I was exhausted by the time I thought, "Why not do this tomorrow when there's more light?" And then my brother lost the keys to the car, so we had to help him. Eh.
Then I ate some bread as a midnight-snack. My mother then popped in a Japanese Movie from the library called Nobody Knows (I think). Yeah. And it kind of- REALLY was slow, but it was fun to watch. Why, you ask? Because it's like a real life Anime! I mean, I don't think I've ever watched a real-life Japanese Movie before. Have I? I don't recall anything. And it was awesome, cause I ACTUALLY knew some stuff about it. I mean, I KNEW it. I know it doesn't make sense to you, but if you were me, you'd be all happy that you understood the movie. Yes. I understood because of reading manga. That's right, manga. I KNEW what that little boy on the street was selling, BECAUSE of manga. I just noticed today, if you read manga, it boosts up your Japanese Culture education. If I have never read manga, I would be asking, "Why is that lady beating that mattress with a stick?" Haha. And I actually know, because of manga. Heh. I even knew what building that boy was going into before it showed. I could tell it was some kind of Arcade. I can explain: The doors were made of see-through glass and opened automatically. And I think they usually have those types of doors in Arcades in Japan because of Sailor Moon. In Sailor Moon, Serina would always go to the arcade, with the automatic glass doors. I swear, I was surprised at my own knowledge of the Japanese Culture and stuff as I watched that movie! GO MANGA AND ANIME!
During the movie, towards the end, I took a shower. Then I came back and finished watching it. There was a sad ending. :[ After that, my mom decided to watch anouther movie, and I decided to type my journal entry. Yeah, this is a pretty long entry, I know. But today is the last day my mom is off. And today was pretty fun. So might as well title it, right? I guess today wasn't really a day of Bad Luck. There probably was bad luck, but not much. Fine, alot, but it was also a day of Entertainment for me. And it was fun. :3

Question & Answer:

Q: How long did it take you to type this?
A: Umm... Around 45 minutes?
