I've had problems with depression so occasionally things can get a little dark here. But I'm doing much better now.
I go to an AMAZING church. I can't get there very often, but I go whenever I can.

People like this make me sick. I hope something drastic can be done and he can be tracked down. I'm still kicking myself for not filing a police report on the "friend" who sexually harassed me, I hope something can be done about this guy!
Well. This is awkward.
So yesterday I got a friend request on Facebook from a girl who I thought was my big sister's friend. No. She is my new step mom. Surprise! Yup, Donnie is starting out on his fifth (and hopefully final) marriage. Psh. Good luck to you, Shelley. Maybe he'll feed your kids. You know, since you have a son. Which was why me and my sisters were disappointments. Speaking of sisters, my big sister, Donnie's oldest daughter, his thirty. Shelley, the fiancee, is thirty-two. Yup, Donnie is officially a bigger freak than he used to be. Maybe he won't try to hit this one.
Shelley does seem to be a genuinely nice person though, and I'm looking forward to getting to know her. But no matter how nice she is, I am not going to the wedding. Sorry, Shelley. I'll send you a card.
Update
Things are still crappy. Sorta better. But still crappy. Alicia's aunt got custody like we wanted, but now is not able to keep her. Which makes me happy, I hate her. But she's trying to manipulate where Alicia goes so she can stay in control of everything. Again, my mom wants custody, but my grandma won't let us try. So I'm extremely angry with her. We think my friend might be interested in trying to get custody, she and her husband have wanted a baby girl for a long time. So we'll see. Trying not to get my hopes up. Me and my mom are trying to find somewhere where we can go to therapy together.
I'm hanging out at the library right now. It's nice to get out of the house. I've set up a daily routine for myself to help with my depression. It's working out really well. I'm going to type it up and print it and tack it on my wall or in a binder or something. But our printer's broken -_- It's just one thing after another, or my new favorite saying, the tide either empties the ocean or fills it. Got that from my mermaid book. I am so going to memorize how to say that in the mermaid language. I'm so cool :)
Let's see... Not much else to report. Nothing really going on. I'll try to post a little more and keep you guys updated, but just remember that I'm still struggling a lot with depression right now. The good news is I haven't cut myself once through all of this. Go me ^.^

R.I.P. Tim
I'm calmer than I have been since Friday, so I thought it's time for me to go ahead and post this.
Tim, that I babysit for, is dead. He committed suicide. It's a very long story and I've been talking about it all weekend, trying to deal, so I don't feel like posting it right now. Maybe another time. Long story short, he thought he was going to lose his kids. It would have been okay if he'd just waited it out, but he didn't know that. Based on the autopsy and the note he left, they think he purposely didn't take his blood pressure medication and heart pills, knowing that his stress level would cause a heart attack. He was a paramedic, he would have been able to figure it out.
I'm surprisingly okay right now. Better than I have been in nearly a week. His roommate Sam came over today and we all talked, and we all feel better. Sam will have custody of three year old Gracie. She would take baby Alicia if she could, but she just can't handle her son, Gracie, and a baby. She just can't. Alicia will almost definitely go to her aunt. I've never met this aunt, but she and Sam have talked and Sam told her enough about us that she said I'm her first choice babysitter and we can see Alicia whenever we want. The meeting to decide custody is tomorrow, so please pray that Aunt Stephanie gets custody.
We've really bonded with Sam since it happened. I knew her but not very well, but now we see her a lot. She brings the baby over while she goes to work. She's really made sure to tell us everything that's going on, which means so much. She knows how much Tim and the kids mean to us. Tim had lent me some old crappy horror movies because we both liked them, and Sam let me keep them. It's just movies, but it meant a lot. She said when she's allowed to take things out of the house (she was a tenant, so she can't move anything yet) she's going to bring me some more of his movies.
So that's it. If I'm not around much I'm just trying to deal. But I feel okay right now. I hope it lasts.
