It seems I owe you guys a post...
I've been gone for quite some time - mainly because me and my wife moved into a new apartment. We don't have internet there yet, plus her old laptop is a bit unreliable... so yeah, minimal activity from me.
As for the wedding, it went flawlessly - it what I want to say, but unfortunately, no. It was full of flaws and problems that stressed me out and made me wish I could duplicate myself and be in more than one place at the same time... It came to a point where there were problems with communication and some misunderstandings as to what people will be doing that, well, problems arose. But all in all, it was a beautiful ceremony, and it sure was exhausting.
We got a lot of gifts and thankfully, the only duplicate gift we got was two whistling kettles. Our most extravagant gift was a glass dining set from two of my wife's siblings.
Every once in a while, my father would drop by and do some maintenance work. He even built a countertop for our stove in the kitchen.
Moving in the apartment was a lot of work. I moved in ahead there to prepare the place - you know, perform some cleaning and stuff. However, it was more like a cave than what it looked like now. It seems a woman's touch is really good for a home. Most men (like me) are more concerned with function than appearance, eh?
Well, I know I have a lot more of stuff to talk about, but I have to do some Christmas dinner stuff - like eating!
