TheOtaku Studio Presents: Gadriann

Our guest, today, has written stories for TheOtaku that many have enjoyed from A.I Mechalloid, WR: The Redemption, and the most recent Brother Assassin. Today the Otaku Studio presents Gadriann.

Baka Crow:Okay your name is Gadriann, so where did the name originate from?
Gardriann:It was originally a name for one of my characters but I guess I snagged the chance first. Poor unnamed guy…

BC:When were you born?
G:1991, 11th of July

BC:Can you tell us a little about yourself?
G:I have been drawing since I was eight when my friend introduced me to Sailormoon. Back then I didn’t even know what manga or anime was but I became more interested in them when I watched Cooking Master Boy (yummy series, I have to say). TheOtaku is the first online art community that I’m really active in and right now I’m sharpening my skills to get myself a DeviantArt account, if I dare. XD

BC:Do you remember when you first became interested in anime/manga? If so, what was the first anime/manga?
G:Yeah… I was about 6… 7? My first anime would be Dragonball and manga was Sailormon. My friend has tons of Sailormoons. At that time I like Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mercury, hehe.

BC:What’s your favorite 3 animes/manga?
G:In no particular order, for anime my favorites are Darker than Black, Ouran High School Host Club and Avatar (it is an anime, right?). Favorite mangas are Hitman Reborn, Kuroshitsuji and Bus Gamer.

BC:How long have you written manga.
G:A decade…. I think?

BC:What is your biggest influence for your stories/characters?
G:Kazuya Minekura. Her stories and characters are very memorable and lovable.
