The main aspect is his determination to find his mother.

1) Rui- Xiang-Min's mother. Some of her egg cells were donated to an institute on Old Miltia that created U.R.T.V.s, and, unknown to her, one of them took and was born as Xiang-Min.

3) David- Xiang-Min's unknowing grandfather.

Searching for Rui.

He encountered the brutal slaughter of his "brothers" and "sisters."

Rui is fairly normal as far as people go, though she does have one abnormality that she prefers to keep secret.

Her massively long hair.

Rui is very calm-tempered, though when it comes to her father, she has no problem throwing

Most definitely. Rui has every reason to be depressed.

Definitely a leader. She takes charge of her own life, and hates being tied down.
4) What is the main aspect(s) of his/her personality?
The main aspect has to be her devotion to the people she keeps dear to her heart.
History
1) Did your OC have a family of any sort? If so, are they still alive?
Yes, and I'll put it in list form to make it easier.
1) Georg- Rui's birth father, also a doctor. He was cruel and abusive to Rui, and hired a hitman to murder Rui's birth mother so that he could obtain custody over her.
2) Calanthe- Rui's birth mother, who was murdered when Rui was three years old.
3) David- Rui's adoptive father, an inventor, who used to work with the U.R.T.V. He developed the study of taking completely normal children from birth and injecting them with the cells that made the U.R.T.V. "designer children," inadvertently causing the deaths of hundreds of already orphaned children. He has now taken the job of an inventor.
4) Maria- Rui's adoptive mother and Calanthe's sister, who was killed by a Gnosis towards the end of the Miltian Conflict.
5) Xiang-Min- The son that Rui does not know that she has, he is a second generation U.R.T.V., and he is constantly searching for her.

The time she served in the military during the end of and after the Miltian Conflict.

She has gone through three miscarriages.

When she was introduced to Albedo, Rubedo, and Nigredo around the age of seven, when she was adopted.

A violin. Soft tones and striking chords seem to symbolize Rui well.

She'd be best represented by air, because of her fleeting personality.

Her worst fear is for her to never have a child, and her greatest dream is to be a mother.

I enjoy writing about her, mostly. Though she seems just like an immature kid, she's got a lot of spunk, and she's working her way up.

Children. She can't stand to see a child injured or sad.

Because of her genetic alteration, Rui has enhanced (superhuman) strength and agility.

Back in her military days, Rui drank, smoked, and slept around, but the moment she was discharged, she quit all of the above.
5) What's one quirk about him/her?
One quirk is that Rui loves to brush her hair, and when she doesn't have anything else to do, she'll do that.

Rui is amaxophobic, which means that she is afraid to be in a car.
7) What could you do to get him/her into a blind rage?
You could abuse a child in front of her, or re-introduce her to her father.
8) In what is your character good at?
Rui is good at cooking, heavy lifting, and quickly picks up on how to operate any system (i.e. An ES, or the Elsa von Brabant).
