We received individual scrolls with detailed instruction of the terrain, and not too long after we were off. I watched as the demons fought amongst themselves...but that wasn't too exciting. I knew nothing would happen right in front of the teache...

JEZABELLE
As we walked out the gates towards the forests i studied the scroll given to me. James walked by my side mumbling something about destroying anything that came in his way. But i was suddenly stopped when the Demon Makoto came infront of me on a flying cloud.
"What do you say Bella? Care for a lift? I promise it'll be a fun ride.I would offer you a ride as well James, but sorry...only room for two...if you get my drift."
"Yeah, yeah i get your drift."
"Why thank-you good sir. What a generous off...." My attention switched from the demon infront of me to a scent i caught in the wind. I snapped my head to the side trying to find the source of it. In my eyeline i caught Brenin our defence teacher streching and scratching himself. Disgusting.
"Bella?" my attention returned to Makoto.
"Thank-you. I would gladly take you up on your offer. However, i believe i can get there faster then you."
He raised an eyebrow at this.
"Really Bella. I would LOVE to see that."
"A race then?"
"If i win you're mine for the night."
"And if I win...."
"Yes?" he asked a sly smile playing on his face.
I smiled slightly. "I'll tell you when i win." WIth that I ran at my fastest speed into the forest. I had worn a dress perfectly designed for this. It was knee length tight and black, however a split went down the right side from just below my hip. A dagger was strapped to my thigh and hidden by my skirt yet also easily to obtain through the split. On the sheath of my dagger where also small darts I used to throw at my enemies. Posin laced them and it was deadly to a human in a second. A demon... a little longer.
In my bag i had several different other knives and weapons. All perfectly designed for my use.
Time to have a little fun.

"WHAT?" I said surprised. "Aren't you even gonna let me protect you, like the brave husband i'm ment to be." I shouted after Jezabelle as she disappered into the jungle.
I saw Makoto smile a little and about to leave.
"HAY WAIT!!" I yelled. "Give me a lift?" i asked. He just looked at me and his smile disappered.
"........O..........K, i'll take that as a no. BYE." i said as quickly as Vampirely possible. And left stumbling towards the forest. The Oread Clan possesed speed. My clan however possesed STRENGTH and i had learnt long ago you could use srength as speed. Bending my knees and 'jumping' i was able to go through the forests like the Ninja's from Naruto.... EXACTLY like the ninja's from naruto... which i always found a little weird.
I heard a growl come from behind me. SHIV. I jumped harder and went faster. DAMn THIS FOREST IS DARK!!! For some reason i felt like putting my fangs BACK in would be a good idea....
A branch snapped near me. Claws JUST missed my head.
"GOOD GOD WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!!!!" i yelled.
A KNIFE came flying to my head. Knives at my crotch. I dodged all of them then backed against a tree trunk. I winded myself. the beast was still following. IT came closer. Teeth aimed for my throat. IT'S GONNA KILL ME!!!!
I closed my eyes. my life flashed before my life... So THIS was how it was going to end?

My first challenge. A demon tried to ambush me. I grabbed my solid silver knife and slight it's throat before it even knew what had happened. I hadn't even stopped. I kept running. More beastes infront of me.
I took a sharp turn to the left. Grabbed a few pebbels from the creek bed near me and aimed them at the beasts heads. A quick run up the nearest tree then a backflip later and i was at their backs. I continued running. Blood splattered a little on my cheeck. My mission was to get to the village as quickly as possible, NOT kill pointless monsters.
"GOOD GOD WHAT THE HELL IS THAT." i heard James yell. Rolling my eyes. I took i jumped over the little creek as it came up infront of me. Water sprits jumped up and tried to get a hold of my feet. I quickly brought my feet up and flipped. Producing weighted ribbons from inbetween my back and bag i shot the weights at them. The ribbons went straight through not harming them but at least it distracted them from trying to drown me.
Under the branch of spooky looking dead tree i Swung around and took a sharp right. A little while later a sharp left. This would get me to the thinest part of the canyon. An easy jump if the scale on the map was correct.
Out of no where a Beast appered. easily 8 foot tall it had the apperence of a a minotaur. The head of a bull, torso of a HAIRY man and the legs of a goat... Almost like an evil faun. It's horns the length of my entire arm and thicker then my leg. i stopped short of it. Hoping that the foul beast wouldn't catch my scent. I watched it stalk the forest. Blood and saliver dripping from it's mouth. A fresh deer hide being dragged along in it's hand. The scent of blood was almost intoxicating. I closed my eyes and reveled in the scent.
Just a little drink wouldn't hurt? I took a step forward before i could stop myself. A twig broke under foot. The beasts black eyes looked upon me. They were laced with red veins. Dropping the deer leg it snorted and licked it's lips upon seeing me.
As i looked it in it's eyes i tried to judge it's strengths and weaknesses. Standing at my full height i grabbed my hair and put it into a tight bun. Weakness for such a big creature would naturally be speed and brains. Stregths... his strength and weight. Easy. The heavier they are the harder they fall; i do believe is the correct saying.
I made the first move. My ribbons in my hands i rushed to it's left. I was to wrap it's legs with my ribbons and trip it. It's eyes followed my movements. His hand caught me. Grabbing my head it shoved me to the ground. Grabbing my knife i pludged it into it's collosal hand. Blood poured, it roared in rage. Still maintaining it's grib on my head it swung my body into the trunk of a tree.
Winded i fell to the ground. Coughing i tried to gain my breath. It came again. Speed was NOT it's weakness. Speed rivalling my own he grabbed my arm and swung me AGAIN into a tree trunk. I could feel my ribs bruising. I crashed to the ground. My breathing getting difficult.
I had miscalculated. I was wrong.
First that vampire with the fangs out came up. He had a rebellious flair about him...I wouldn't mess with him too much. He actually wasn't too bad of a guy once I started speaking to him, but I was sure he realized his limits when it came to me. And then came the beautiful woman from the meeting. She greeted me, a slight hint of a flirt in her voice, and so I returned it by greeting her back on my knee, a slight kiss to her wrist. I prodded for her name, and to my great surprise, she offered it to me this time. I suppose James didn't like that too much, he got a little defensive...which almost made me reconsider killing him off. Anything for a lady...
Things were somewhat pleasant. The 'claimed maiden' made her appearance, her beau by her side, and then a fallen angel as well. Then HE showed up...that sorry excuse for a roommate.
"Well if it isn't the little kitten." I chastised him.
"Shut up you waste of existence." He responded like a big man. If only he knew how quick I could snap his neck... "I came to inform you to stay out of my way out there."
I nearly laughed. As though he could give me orders. "What for? I'm going to finish off the enemy before you can lift a paw."
"Just stay away from the big demon cause he is mine." He continued unphazed.
"Yeah Yeah, we'll see." I mocked. I had no intention of handing it over. That demon would fall to my feet before the kitten here would have a chance to hiss at it.
The Teachers showed up, and we were given a map. This would be fairly easy for me...I wouldn't have to go through all the obstacles they were worrying about...and then I caught the comment the weapons and defense teacher said 'Sorry Sods...'. "Humph! Just who do you think you're talking to like that? Don't even lump me in with these wimps!" I shouted protecting my pride.
"Wimps? Maybe YOU should watch your mouth!" the kitty complained, getting in my face again. My eye twitched a bit the closer he came...as though he were confident he could take me on. Who did he think he was messing with me constantly?! His body language said it all=Blatant disrespect. I had just about enough of him...slowly I began to rise my power. "Say goodnight...pussy cat..." I muttered as I was about to destroy him...and then...
"ENOUGH!!!!" The Angel shouted, extending his wings as though he were threatening me. I winced seeing his disgusting wings and the light emanating from them...and so I withdrew my power and walked away a bit, containing myself and putting my hands in my pockets angrily. He lectured us, even going so far to threaten us demons.
"I hope you can back that up...ANGEL..." I commented, glaring at him and spitting to the side.
Finally, the talk was over and we all headed out. Getting a little ways outside the gate, I started to form my cloud. I let the rage wash away, and put a small smile back on my face at the thought of flying ahead. Jumping on, I lifted up a bit, then caught sight of Jezabelle and James, just ahead of me. Floating over to her, I smirked and extended my hand.

The adult-person, that I can never remember the name of, told us what we should be focusing on. The group of students started walking, and I followed, A few yards behind. The rocky ground kept breaking off under my steps, and I tried to ignore it. I just kept following, And thinking.
I need some friends... I sighed, Then again, Who would WANT to be my friend, anyway?! I looked down, and slapped my self, No thinking negative. I saw a few other students looked behind them to see me, but I ignored them. I felt awful for ignoring everyone, but oh well.

After meeting with Brenin, and Hana, we made our way to the students who were supposed to be awaiting our arrival. We had given them ample time to prepare, and soon their journey would begin. When we arrived, I was happy to find them all waiting patiently. No disturbances, just students waiting patiently. I smiled slightly as I cleared my throat to garner their attention.
"Very good to see you all here." I began. "As I stated, you are all to work together in order to defeat this foe. Yet, I have been asked by our headmaster to try and coax the demon back to Hell's Gate....instead of killing him. This goes only for the Leader...as his minions may be naught but incarnations of himself sent out for distraction. That is really all that has changed, and the fact remains; if you are in danger, and can not capture him, protect yourself first. Understood?"
It was somewhat silent. I wondered if they were even listening. Wouldn't matter... "Anyhow. That is not your most urgent matter at hand. First you must GET to the village hmm?" I signaled for Hana to distribute the scrolls, and she did so immediately. Everyone getting one...a scroll that contained a map within. "There you see the village, as well as our location here. Your task is simple, get from here; Point A, to there; Point B." A sadistic grin formed on my lips.
"Easy...chh. Not for these sorry sods..." Brenin commented. "There are plenty of wild beasts wandering here...ASIDE from the merciless terrain. Forests where you can easily get lost, a huge canyon with a bridge long forgotten and unmanaged....all just before the small mountain you have to find a way through. Worst part, you're all to be there by dawn on the next day. We had thought sundown tomorrow, but that's expecting a bit much from all of you...wet behind the ears and all."
"Humph, and just who do you think you're talking to like that?!" Megami exclaimed. "Don't even lump me in with these wimps!"
"Wimps, maybe YOU should watch your mouth!" Rei Objected, attempting to confront Makoto.
"I wouldn't do that! Do you have a DEATH WISH?!" James scoffed as he warned Rei.
"James, stay out of it..." Jezabelle commented nonchalantly.
"See what you've started Brenin?" Shori laughed. Shimei giggled with him.
Suddenly I felt a spike in Makoto, a red aura starting to seep from him in my sight. I saw blood in my right eye...it was time to intervene. "ENOUGH!!!" I boomed loudly, my wings shooting out to the sides.
Silence.
"No need to ruffle your feathers Sinclair...geez...it's just a little friendly arguing." Brenin commented.
"There is absolutely NO Point for it." I snarled.
"Yeah...please stop fighting everyone..." Hana pleaded in a quiet tone.
"The MISSION is to get to the village. You WILL not engage your fellow students, you will work together to get there in one piece. Is this understood?!"
"Yes Sir..." Was the quiet acquiescence from them all.
"Get going then...and remember...you will be evaluated for your behavior on this mission. Should I be the one to catch you in a fight, you may not make it back here for your punishment..." I threatened, glaring especially at Makoto and Rei...the loathful DEMONS.
"Hope you can back that up...ANGEL..." Makoto sneered, spitting to the side.
Shortly after, they all departed on their way. Off to the village in the valley over the mountain.
"I will take to the air. Brenin, you will cover the ground, and Hana, you will meet us at the village. Correct?" I clarified.
"Yes, please be careful Sir Sinclair..."
I smiled. "Don't you worry."
Brenin stretched a bit, seemingly taking his time. He noticed me staring at him. "What? Gotta give the kids a nice head start...I'll be on their heels in no time." He laughed.
I rolled my eyes a bit and took to the sky. "Just keep your eyes open...those creatures out there....aren't for US to scoff at either..."
"I know, I know..." I heard him mumbling as I departed.

Alright! Mission's a GO. Now, what you need to do, is get through the perilous terrain and reach the outskirts of the village. Then the next phase will commence. Basically this. Write what obstacles your character comes across on their way. There are treacherous wood creatures that you wouldn't even begin to imagine! >.< Not to mention the land itself. The bridge you must cross is very unstable...you could easily fall to your death should it break! That is...if you GET to the bridge easily...the forest is tricky to navigate as well! When you reach the mountain, you have several paths. There is the choice of going OVER the mountain...or Under it. There are many caves at it's base...however...this choice is deadly as well...for they are an endless labyrinth...you never know where you'll end up. If you choose to hike over it, it is very steep in some points. Careful!!
