I actually found a way to get past this glitch. You can't choose a level from the chapter sheet straight off. You have to click continue game, and then go to the chapter sheer. But it's still annoying because you can't do that if you haven't beaten the game, and even if you have ,you have to listen to this epilouge, before you can select a level.
