Hair: Naturally Blonde, died green. Has had two different styles. He went through his emo phase, where his hair was long, and fully covered half his face, and then he cut it short to... however you describe the above picture? :P
Eyes: (Or EYE in his case xD) Bright Green
Clothes: Casual. Often wears earthy tones... Prone to wearing aprons/chef hats. :P And an eye patch... you can't forget that...
Other Physical Characteristics:He only has one eye. The other has a terrible burn mark and scars over it. He can barely open it, and when he does it appears to just have the whites. After he cut his hair, he always wears a large eyepatch to cover the scars.
Flaws: Scared face, easily depressed, bad vision.... (duh)

Personality: He's kind of a loner and doesn't easily make friends, but when he does he strongly values them.
Speaking Pattern: He's got a really pretty voice, and if he would sing, it would be AMAZING... but he doesn't sing, so he's depriving me of something beautiful 
His voice is deep and gentle, and he doesn't talk much more than he needs to, except around Meona, whom he is prone to blabber and say stupid things about. He is incredibly cheesy.

Background: His Mother is an alcoholic, and he never knew who his father was. He grew up with his best friend Joe, and his sister Lily who always wanted to be a pirate. When they got a chance to join a pirate crew, Lily instantly went for it, Joe followed, and Luan didn't want to be left alone with his mom, so he went with them. However, just before boarding the ship, there was an accidental explosion, which cause Luan to loose his eye, and Lily to loose his life. Luan went unconcious for several months, and woke up on the pirate ship. Since he was already there he decided to join the crew, and live his sister's dream for her.
Relationships:
~Lily: His older (possibly-half-)sister, he's slightly obsessive about her.
~Joe: Best Friend, been together since childhood.
~Meona: Love interest, eventually learns to love him too, but only sees him as a friend for a significant amount of time...
~Ron: His boss. He tries to do everything to her satisfaction, but doesn't always...
~Frederick: His pet giant flying fish.
~Ryan: Rival, feels like he must fight him to win Meona's love.
Occupation: Cook on a pirate ship. He is very bad at making most foods, but he can make good sandwiches and pies...
Weapons: Doesn't fight unless he has to. Works with explosives disguised as pies.
