Time for Battle

Hanna

"Teamates and heroes, it seems we have some uninvitied guest of on their way to the castle. The mean to kill us and eat our bodies. It is time to show the Prince what we are really made of, so let's kill these enemies and strike fear into all how stand against us."

"Holy crap," I muttered under my breath. "So soon?"

"Awesome!" Dusk said grinning widely. I glared at him. "Aren't you a little bit intimidated at all?"

"Nope," The daemon jumped off from my shoulder and swiftly turned into his battle form. "Time for battle!" He followed after the elf Xexilia and Oric the demon and the others. I sighed and shook my head. "Adrenaline junkie," I muttered and took out my charm bracelet.

I tug at one of the charms and held it in my palm. In seconds I was holding a regular sized broomstick. Yeah a broom stick. It's cliche I know but it's not a good idea to ride on Dusk even when he was the size of a horse. I flew into the air and surveyed the battle.

The Kenai were uglier looking then I expected and they reeked with such dark auras. I saw Dusk and it looked like he was having the time of his life. Ripping heads off with his teeth and tail and stabbing them in the heart with his poison tipped tail.

But I saw Dusk was too busy enjoying himself that he didn't notice a big one sneaking up on him. I pointed my finger at the Kenai and chanted, "By the Five points of the Pentacle I summon the Elemental of Fire, Adoh the Salamander!"

Red and orange fire shot out from my finger and it formed into a shape of a large lizard creature. It surrounded the Kenai and it screamed as it was consumed by flames. Dusk heard the scream and whipped around. He saw the Kenai and it was soon dead. Dusk looked up at me and said, "Thanks but this doesn't mean I owe you!" and with that he went back to fighting. I was expecting that and smiled to myself. I ordered Adoh to finish off a couple of more Kenai. After watching the seventh Kenai fall into a black burning corpse I saw that some parts of the field had little patches of fire and I felt the wind was going to pick up.

I landed back down on the ground. I couldn't summon two Elemental spirits while flying on the broom at the same time. I summoned Aqua and commanded her to put out of small fires that Adoh accidentally caused. Adoh came to my side and hung his head guiltily. "Don't feel bad," I told him, "It hasn't rained here in awhile I should of thought this would happen." Normally I would pat him on the head but he's made of fire so that's not exactly smart.

I looked at the battle taking place close by and counted how many Kenai were down. "About at least thirty or more," I said to myself.

Dusk

This was the most fun I had in years not since the last battle I had part take in when I served under Miranda. This was way more fun then battling a bunch of weak humans. At least these guys can put up more of a fight. I whipped my tail around and stabbed one Kenai in the heart and felt my poison quickly infecting the nasty brute. The Kenai fell and lie twitching for a few seconds until it finally died.

I glanced around to look for more Kenai but most of the other 'good' guys were jumping in and killing off some of the remaining Kenai I wanted to get my claws and fangs on. I grumbled and looked for Hanna. The stupid carrot top had figured out that Adoh had caused small fires here and there. I shook my head. She should have choice Terraclops not Adoh and summoning two Elemental spirits at once wasn't the wisest decision as it left her open.

I noticed several Kenai were about to sneak attacked on Hanna who was too busy focusing on controlling Aqua and Adoh. I sighed and leapt into the air and soared over Hanna's head and tackled one the the Kenai to the ground. I whipped my tail and the other Kenai's heads went flying. I bended down and ripped the head off of the Kenai that was under me.

Satisfied I stood up and looked over at Hanna. She was commanding Adoh to finish off a couple of more Kenai. I don't think she noticed that I just saved her scrawny neck. Hanna turned around to look at me, "What are you doing standing there? Are going to miss out on your fun." I rolled my eyes. Yeah she didn't know that I just saved her that stupid girlie carrot top.

I went back to ripping more heads off and kept an eye out for my stupid master.

Okay! That's it for now the number of Kenai has reduced to about thirty or something. I wanted to write in Dusk's POV. I hope it was good.
