And I just noticed that we can use the scrolls outside of the commment box, was that always there? Because if it was I apologize, didn't notice it before ^^;
Hehe, and here I just ignored that option since why in the world would I want to have my personal blog up on the front page? o_O That would just be too weird for words!
That and it wasn't that hard to figure out that the option wasn't really meant for that purpose. Because posting on a personal blog/world just isn't the same thing as publication, not by a long shot.
Besides, general guidelines are are already posted here: Click! So if someone is clicking that option... they must have not read that. As my teacher would say... if all else fails... Read The Instructions!*shot*

I bet simply changing, "Nominate for Publication," to, "Nominate for Fan Words Publication," would help a lot with that first issue.
