An anime driven by the story that it holds and all the secrets from it, is what you will watch through the whole first part. Secrets, yes. Secrets of what the angeloids actually are? Who is the angel from the dream? What these dreams are about? And more importantly, what will happen next?
All these answers are mostly answered in the new part, called Forte for a reason. This one backs any missing hole that is left from the first part, filling it with all possible information and things that we like from this series and that is ecchi and humor. Yes, it is still present here and while it is ecchi in most cases you will forget about it, because it is all about comedy. Much more than before, this takes it to a whole new level and some things are just mind blowing on how silly and funny they are.
Now don’t get me wrong, the story is nice and all, but where is the plot? It does take on from the first part, but then again it still doesn’t show the reason behind it. While the first one showed that this is a new type of anime where the main plot is mostly put in the background, only serving for the breaks between comedy and by that mixing them together creating a whole different plot that most are used to. Very effective one as well, because as you get tired from the main story, the next episode is that one but with added comedy, not thinking about seriousness at all, only in the background of the episode. This part however changes there in a dualistic way, meaning that there is more to the actual plot than those silly moments. But they are more improved, so at the end you feel like you watch them quite equally as other one, again making almost the perfect combination you expect from this kind of anime.
The story continues with the whole new added angeloids. Tomoki also often becomes Tomoko and just breaks into the fun! There are the same enemies, but with new added weapons and in all that, Sugata comes even closer in finding his New world. What you need to keep in mind is that this one also takes on a different level with romancing parts. It slowly grows and grows until the very end where it makes a break and an ultimate decision that Tomoki has to make… But just when we are about to find out how it goes after it, it breaks down and we start from the beginning, but from the beginning of a new end. And that is what we like about this series and what brings us for wanting more and a sequel afterwards.

The graphics and animations and drawings and really, everything in this anime from that category is phenomenal. Maybe it is a standard for today’s animes, but still like everything in this anime it keeps it new and fresh and always relaxing for the viewers.
The best things that are done here are the highlights of the characters, their shadings and of course proportions overall. Actually everything, but these are the ones that you will mostly notice that it is unique compared to some other animes. They feel their role and definitely add up to the overall genres of the animes. Keeping it nice and smooth and with almost no unnecessary lines.
Another thing worth mentioning is the animations. They are usually slow and take it easy ones, but that like lasts for five seconds until they actually become quite swift and fast. Same with battles as they are quite fast paced and dynamic here, just as they should be.
The overall realistic graphics tend to go from that to chibi perspective which helps in shaping the scenes, but some might find this a little bit annoying, though actually it serves its purpose and it is done better than some of its counterparts.

The music, also known as the OST is from the average to a pretty good level. I like how it is done and there are actually many relaxing as well as dramatic and just fun loving tracks in there. But nothing too special, just soft and easy made ones, but still there are some that you might find impressive.
The voice acting is what I truly like here. All the characters have their very own voice actor who all are like picked to actually be these characters. They all have such a good soothing tones and just do the job very precisely.
The sound effects are not very noticeable, aside for some effects from all the dramatic scenes or some explosions from battles. These are good, but aside from that you won’t hear too much of them.

The presentation of this anime definitely is something to be well received. The story might be too soft for some, but the presentation definitely won’t keep you on that. And what is what we like here? Comedy! Oh yeah, but more importantly how it is made. Surely it wouldn’t be as half as good here if it wasn’t for good if it wasn’t for the graphics in this anime and how the sound and music was combined. It is…. Well not the right word to use, but gorgeous, but funny as well.
At moments you would even burst into laughing just from hearing the well known music that follows, like the one that Tomoki hears every time here remembers his grandpa and his so called “wise” talks with him. Or the scenes that completely change the things making them in something much more dramatic, like the fishing game where the pool suddenly turns into a whole ocean in the middle of the storm and Tomoki being a well known and dedicated fisherman while Sugata captain of the ship. These are some of the moments that will always make you relaxed and nice while watching it.
For guys entertainment there is always of course lots and lots of fanservice. It is in comedic way, sure, but still the way it is presented and played gets to an even higher level of that.
And at the end I want to give all the bests for romance parts. Here they are not so well played in the first half like in the second where it gets really interesting with Ikaros thinking on Tomoki actually wanting to propose her and by that a lot of other drama plays which is well put in here.
I do have to say that some things like that are too fast planned and I would say obvious, but they are actually not. They are sweet and short, but the duration of some scenes could have been better planned at some points. The copied usage of past scenes and acts is also presented here, but making it fresh all the time is still what keeps it good. It tends to make most of the things fresh here so that it will always be interesting, but sometimes it goes a little past over it and you actually wonder will they at the end run out of the ideas. By now it wasn’t shown and seeing how this goes it can only go for the best and for what the actually series really is.

Graphics and animations: 9/10 – top notch with almost no flaws at all
Sound and effects: 8/10 – all very well done, especially the voice acting
Story: 9/10 – big improvement over the first season, with all the parts well mixed and put
Presentation: 8.5/10 – from the hilarious to the pure emotional parts
Overall: 9/10 – take your own angeloid and become a part of this tale
