We've been going through hard times too. Take a step back, a deep breath, and focus on one thing at a time. I'd guess the most important thing is fixing things with your sister. You could try telling her how much you love her and will miss her, and that you're just too proud and stubborn to tell her to stay any other way than calling the idea stupid. It's worked for me. ^^ If reconciliation is only possible by your giving her your blessing to leave, you should probably just do it. Obviously, I don't know the details of the situation, but being on pleasant terms with your family will typically make everything else easier to handle.
Are there summer courses that could rectify your bad grade in macroeconomics? If you could find something the college offers, it would kill two birds with one stone. First, you'd fix your grades. Second, it would require you to stay in the country, thus wiping out the thought of you going to Ecuador and missing AX. Heck, if you've made good progress by the time July comes around, you can even use that as reason for you to be "rewarded" by attending the con.
As for your room - put on some Coldplay or maybe Jack Johnson, prioritize what needs to be done, then dig in. If you get in the swing of things, cleaning your room can be viewed like searching for hidden treasure rather than slogging through rubble. You never know what fascinating things you'll find. ^^
I hope things can turn around for you. The past two months for us have been filled with upset after upset. We've coped though. You can too. Just stay positive and diplomatic when it comes to conversing with your parents about how to fix things.
NOTE: I'm no expert, so in the end, just do whatever gets you by. =P
