This doll's name is Nicos. Back when I first started getting into this doll collecting thing, I saw this guy for sale on a japanese auction site (Y!J). A few years later, he popped up for sale again on a forum. I feel like I'm really lucky to have been able to get him T_____T He's very much a handmade doll (I believe sculpted, cast, and painted/modded by PhantomDoll), but he's so pretty I think anyone could overlook the imperfections
