So, I've got some updates...I started a new Cosplay Guide. I'll be updating it weekly, so be sure to check it out! I've got 2 features up so far, as well as a little comical "Bad Cosplay" post. I'm really excited about this little project! I'm having a lot of fun and it's being received pretty well. Now, I admit that I'm not a "professional" cosplayer, but I've had my experiences and that's my main source of inspiration.

Speaking of cosplay, I've got a list of what I cosplay as now!

~Akasuna no Sasori (Naruto Shippuden)-Completed; appeared at A2F3 & A2F4
~Female Ranma (Ranma 1/2)-Completed; planning to appear at A2F5 & A-kon 21
~Excel (Excel Saga)-Nearly complete (missing the jacket); planning to appear at A-kon 21
~Inorganic Angel Rosiel (Angel Sanctuary)-Halfway complete (missing the nightgown; wig is being bid for on eBay); planning to appear at A-kon 21

I'm excited, really. So excited. Oh, and I've started work on a new fanfiction! It's for the Jim Henson movie "Labyrinth". It's a Sarah/Jareth fic...It'll be M-rated, but I'll be posting it over on my FFN account. I mainly write one-shots...

I'm also going to be working on some new fan art. I've got two works to do for challenges on here and the rest will be to sell as prints at A2F5...I really would appreciate some suggestions of popular characters. So far, I've drawn Sakura Haruno (Naruto) and Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece). I'm also thinking about selling prints of my Shunsui and Nanao (Bleach) picture entitled "DATE MEEE!!!". I'm not so sure on that one...Anyways, please suggest popular characters for me to draw and sell as prints!!

So, yesterday was Daku's birthday. I gave him the book Gray's Anatomy, written in the late 1800s by Henry Gray. Daku will need it in 2 years for med school. He's 20 now...Yeah, he's 3 months younger than me...And that's the oldest any of my boyfriends have ever been!! Seriously, I've never dated a guy older than me...Anyways, I also took him out to Subway. We brought the sammiches back to the anime club meeting. At the beginning, I played an "Avatar: the Last Airbender" amv set to the Arrogant Worms' "Happy Birthday Song". I'm too lazy to add a link, so please YouTube it. It's really funny. Then we watched "Grave of the Fireflies". I recommend that movie to anyone who loves a good anime! The style is reminiscent of Hayao Miyazaki's work, but it's not a Studio Ghibli film. It was made back in the late 1980s. It's about these 2 Japanese children near the end of World War 2. Make sure you have tissues ready if you are prone to crying. It's very sad.

So, today, I mixed plaster for my first time ever. It feels like a mixture of snot and glue...No, I've never actually felt what snot and glue feel like mixed together, but I can imagine...Plaster really dries your hands out...

Later this afternoon, I'm going outside and playing with some Sidewalk Chalk. I've got a package that I've had for a year now...I've been waiting for it to get warm again, and today it's like 80 F! Back on Monday, it was like 45 F...So yeah, big temperature jump...Tonight I'm going to Joco Java, the local coffee shop, for Open Mic night. I'm hoping to read a poem of mine...Speaking of, I need to find which one I want to read!

So....HINATA'S NOT DEAD!!!! And there was much rejoicing...

Well, I've seen several of those photo-comic things, and I thought to myself, "Hm...Is it possible I could do one of those? I wonder..." So I looked around my room to see if I had some stars...And lo and behold, my eyes came to rest upon my plushies! So, as opposed to action figures (which I actually considered buying...), I will be using my plushies. Mainly Sasori and Deidara, but Kadaj might make a few guest appearances. Perhaps I'll steal Daku's Hinata and Itachi? I dunno yet. But I'll just change my Angel Tears world and see what I can do!

In other news, I officially passed my Praxis I Exam! So, I'm well on my way to becoming a teacher! Huzzah!

Oh, and some of my classes might get cancelled tomorrow, due to an ice storm. Cold weather season has finally arrived in my part of the U.S.!

Well, I just got out of my religion test. Half of me says I failed, the other half says I passed. See, I knew most of it. It was just 8 identification questions, a short essay, and then over the weekend I did the take-home 3-page essay. I guess I'll have to wait until Thursday to see how I did....

We started glazing today in Ceramics 1. I did the underglaze for 2 mugs. The actual flame is red, the area around the flame is rust-colored, and the rest of the mug is black. I can't wait to see how they turn out! I also did a couple of details on a couple of other pieces. I guess I'll continue them on Thursday because I went by there after I got out of my test, and after finishing some homework for my watercolor class tomorrow.

I have another test tomorrow. It's for American History 1. Me, Tobi, Kathryn, and April are gonna study for it tonight after supper.

I really need to work on the Akatsuki Commandments. I've got 2 more to write, and then I might write a third for the tenth commandment, which will be more of an epilogue.

Oh! I'm working on some fan art! I've got a picture of Sasori that's been inked, a picture of a bride that's been inked, a picture of a rave girl that's finished, and then there's my new OC. The OC's name is Zyan (pronounced ZYE-ahn). She kind of reminds me of the FFX-2 version of Yuna, in that she's wearing a short skirt under 3 half-skirts. Her hair's mostly short, but there's a kind of long piece on her right side, and a really long piece in the back. Her left hand has chakra strings coming out of the fingers, and her right hand is holding a custom pistol. No, she is not a fan character for Naruto! I don't do fan characters. I'm thinking of writing a story based on her. I don't know...
