Prologue:
General Tetsuyama and his son, Satoshi, along with Reka’s father, General Norikawa, attack the daycare Center with a rally of upper-class adults in an effort to intimidate the caretakers into closing it down. The attempt fails when Reka and Shuichi go on the offensive in order to protect their charges and the police finally arrive to break up the General’s violent rally. However, in the months that follow, more protests come their way and the caretakers find themselves low on both funds and manpower. After the General’s attack, the Center is virtually on lock-down, as the caretakers are all wary of more attacks and other forms of opposition...
