Anyways! I hope you've seen my Challenge, Movie Night! I'm super excited to host my very first Challenge! I invited as many people as I could think of, but I hope a lot of other people participate!

I'm also excited about my dance concert tomorrow night (and Saturday too)... we had a dress rehearsal today and we got our costumes. I'm wearing a purple, ruffled tank, but we also had turquoise and red ones. I decided to take my glasses off during practice so that they wouldn't go flying (as they have a tendency to do so). The one advantage to being blind for the most part is that I can't see the audience. Haha!

Because of the spotlights, my teacher told us we absolutely have to wear some kind of eye and lip makeup. Not too happy about that myself... but I digress. Just have this uneasiness with makeup... *Elricz thinks she is therefore not a girl* I don't know... I'm getting used to the concept of wearing eyeliner (to my own chagrin), but the leap from using just a little bit of eyeliner to having to wear eyeshadow and lipstick is a bit too big for me. Yet I still manage to suck it up and wear the stuff amidst personal angst... rawr! *is making herself confused*

I've noticed that there's a very distinct difference from Art Block and Selective Art Blockage. I had to deal with some very serious and personal crap the other day, and I figured if I drew something (like Curtis/Christoph from Black/White 2) that would cheer me up, but I couldn't even pick up the pencil. I just didn't want to... and that made me even more upset. Art Block is just when I pick up the pencil and want to draw a bazillion things at once.

Weeelll... I must get going. Gotta shower, do my hair, whatnots... blah blah blah.

Late-Night Thinking

Now that I've finally gotten a chance to sit down and check up on theO, I realized how much stuff I missed! Gee, it's like my whole backroom got swarmed with updates (which I always try to look at/read/etc); Not blaming who I subscribe to, but I just never realized how much I miss when I don't get a chance to logon for several days.

I missed a couple challenges too, but that was mostly because I didn't have enough time to draw submissions. Not with schoolwork, and my friends' commissions (to include payment negotiations), and school dance rehearsals and practice and choreography learning, and... plain old craziness. Including the craziness I mentioned in my last post about certain characters in the Pokemon anime.

I think I'm actually sleepier after getting more rest last ni--oh crap, forgot to do my PE/Dance laundry. And it's late. So I should go...

Barely Awake (And Still Trying To Make My Weekly Post)

Hi all. *yawns*

Guess it's my own fault I'm so tired and am trying to post. Of course I could've done it before I went to babysit, but no, I wanted to take a nap instead. And then I end up practically falling asleep while babysitting. ~~Still not sure if you call looking at a monitor every once in a while babysitting... whatever.~~

Half the blame falls on PE and Dance... I'm pretty sure the PE coaches are lying when they say you have to hit the volleyball with your wrist/forearm, because it seems like the perfect way to break your wrist (or at least make it all red and swollen like mine). Oh, weekend, you beeth mine short reprieve... A truly lame attempt at Shakespearian language in honor of the fact that I'm supposed to read all of Act One of Romeo and Juliet this weekend. Even though I'm sure everyone knows it, still putting the fact that it's the dumbest love story ever because they both kill themselves in spoiler tags.

One highlight of my week: playing Pokemon Black V2 with two friends from school (because we still think Pokemon is cool... no matter what other kids say)

One low point of my week: ~~getting my butt kicked in an infrared battle by one of the aforementioned friends~~ all the soreness from volleyball and ballet. Ugh. *yawns again*

I should probably... wrap things up... before I... fall... asleep... zzzzz... *jerks awake* I'm awake!! I'm awake! I'm aw--oh.

Slow Going

Hi guys!

Yes, the title pertains to the requests I took... two weeks ago? Gosh, it must be pretty bad if I can't even remember. I'm so sorry! I managed to find time to complete Zuzu's request, but I still have A13's, Keba's, Haitaka's, and UK's requests to complete. Thank you guys for being so patient! I usually don't take this long!

I guess I shouldn't point fingers... I can't help feeling bogged down by homework and chores. I'm redoing my bedroom, so I had to move out all my furniture. Nearly dropped a glass shelf on my foot... but I didn't :D

Still, it's not right of me to take so long... I'll pull an all-nighter tonight and hopefully get two more done. One perk of patience is that they'll all be in high res (like Goofy Smile is) because my dad just bought a new scanner/printer that's super easy to operate! ~~No more using that ancient scanner that only works like half the time!~~ Yay technology!

One random thing...

I'm a huge Pokemon fan (which I don't know if you guys already knew, but anyways) and have played Pearl, SoulSilver, Black, Black 2, and Emerald (just a little bit)... for those of you with Black or White V2 that have the European release of the game (aka the one in English), you can receive a Keldeo via Nintendo WFC! The Keldeo Event just started today, so go to Mystery Gift and get yours soon! The event should last until February 12 (not 100% sure 'bout that date), so you have a couple weeks to nab this rare Pokemon (which was featured in Pokemon's 15th movie, Kyurem vs. the Sacred Sword)!
