Hello there! This is a place dedicated to original characters, whether it be anime/manga related or not. It'll be a while to get this WORLD fully functional, but it will (eventually) contain anything to original character ideas and concepts to story outlines and perhaps even polls and such~!
So now, let us lay back and dream... Dream of those summer days.
Okay, I know that I really should be updating my blog and submitting art and participating in stuff, but I'm obviously not doing that. OTL.
BUUUUT IF YOU COULD DO ME A FAVOR AND DISCUSS LEGENDARY CREATURES IN THE COMMENTS WITH ME, I'LL BE REALLY THANKFUL AND MAYBE SEND A GIFT IF I HAVE ENOUGH.

So. Of which would you prefer of these?:
-Alseid (excerpt from Wikipedia article): In Greek mythology, Alseids were the nymphs of glens and groves. Of the Classical writers, the first and perhaps only poet to use the term alseid is Homer. Rather than alseid he used alsea.
...Okay so this is practically a grove nymph.
-Selkie: Found in Faroese, Icelandic, Irish, and Scottish mythology. They are creatures that take the form of seals in the water, though they can gain human form by shedding their seal skin. They can become a seal again by putting their seal skin back on. (If you've ever seen The Secret of Roan Inish then you'll know what I'm talking about.
-Arkan Sonney: A subject of Manx folklore. It's like a fairy that looks like a fuzzy pig. It runs from humans, but if you're able to catch it, you'll have good luck. I just happen to have this character that is a fuzzy flying piglet, so I could weasel her in thar :B
-Alkonost: A creature that is portrayed two ways: it is the personification of God's will, or it came from the earlier Greek demi-goddess of a similar name. It is a creature with the head and torso of a woman and the rest of it a bird. Click here to see what I'm talking about.

This was a pic I drew about 3 years ago.It was for my manga called "Flyer",which I'm not going to do anymore.I have so many different mangas that I've created and haven't even decided on a cover page yet...So I have to slash some off the list...Like this one.Oh,well,I have a lot of other better ones than Flyer.
