I practically plopped myself down at the dinner table. I was beyond exhausted. Luce and I had been out in the city rummaging through the rubble trying to find something-anything- valuable. All we found were a small rag doll and some chipped teacups. Nothing we'd be able to use, so we came back to the castle empty handed.
I felt dirty and sweaty, but I was too hungry to shower first. I had just washed my hands and rinsed my face, hoping that would be good enough. I wasn't so self-conscious around Luce anymore, so I wasn't nearly as worried, but I couldn't wait for my nice, hot shower.
I was daydreaming of the shower that awaited me when I caught Luce sighing heavily. I dropped my gaze over to my friend. He looked upset. "Are you okay? What was that about?" I asked him, worried. Every once and awhile, I caught him sighing. He didn't think I saw him, but I did. I was oddly perceptive of him. I knew when he was upset or happy.
"Nothing, dear," he shook his head. He thought it would assure me it was nothing, but I didn't buy it. I knew there was something he wasn't telling me. But, I wasn't about to push him. I knew he'd tell me when he was ready, when he deemed he could trust me.
I nodded my head and let it go. "It's too bad we didn't find very much today," I commented, changing the subject. I picked at my food, not terribly hungry today. The heat tended to take away my appetite.
Luce nodded in agreement before he took the last bite of the food on his tray.
"What are you gonna do now?" I asked him. When he shrugged, I continued, "I think a shower sounds really good right now. We're both filthy from working today." I pushed my chair back and headed back to my room to undress leaving Luce to do what he pleased. I knew what I really wanted him to do, but I could never gather the courage to tell him how I really felt about it all.
Continue?
I can't wait for this to get going again!
Note: I'm time-skipping a bit. I feel like if we want to get this back up, we need a new like situation...
Skye
Our stay at the castle had become quite uneventful. Castle life was difficult for both Nyxan and myself. The servants would not even let me lift a finger to clean or cook. Which killed me a little inside, but I guess. And Nyxan wasn't even used to city-life in general so he was having a bit of hard time adjusting.
After a long day of doing... well, really nothing, I retired back to Nyxan and I's room. He seemed to be gone, though I could be wrong. These past few days, he had become known to just pop up out of nowhere. Occaisionally scaring the bejeezus out of me. Okay, every time he's done it, he scared me. Shut up. >.<
I sat down on the bed and looked out the window. Spring weather had finally bloomed. Currently the sky was a silvery grey and soft waterdrops rained mildly down. The view of the garden appeared more lucious and colorful than normal and I smiled. It reminded me of Nyxan.

With time, Aaralyn had become my new best friend. Or something like that. We hung around eachother often, and stuck by eachothers' side. And while I knew I could trust her, there was no way I would ever tell her, or anyone, about my past. Ever.
Her and I sat at the dinner table. We had been late to get there, after being out in the city all day, trying to rummage through the desolate remains for anything valuable we could find. But nothing was to be found, aside from a small rag doll and some chipped teacups. Though I considered giving the items to Alexadria, I remembered her "girl" comments about me and decided against it. Rude girl. She knows nothing of the royalty life. She doesn't understand how hard it is to be so close, yet so far to the throne. She'll never understand the jealousy, the rage--
I sighed heavily mid-thought.
Aaralyn asked me about it, but I shook my head.
"Nothing, dear."
Dylan
Alex and I had gotten nowhere with our relationship. She was still the bitter princess I'd come to like and plan to break. Well, break as in get her to open up. I wanted to know about her; her life before the war, her friends and family, and why she's always so angry.
However, Rykael and I were getting a tad closer. Next to Krisis, I get the feeling I'm his favorite person. Haha.
-to be continued with more of Dylan-
Okay so I had a dream of the rp crossover. But some pieces are blurry and I'm too tired to remember. SO yeah.... Enjoy :D I hope it fits all the character
s well.
Aaralyn woke up to the sounds of birds chirping away. She rubbed her head as she raised herself up to look at more then a blue sky. She glanced down at the clothes she wore. A baby blue dress with a white apron. ‘Oh I know where this story is going’ she thought standing up. She noticed that she had white stockings and black shoes. She sighed and thought Alex would have loved the role of Alice for her taste in this type of fashion.
She raised herself to test her powers in a small white rabbit she saw near a little tree “Are you the white rabbit I’m supposed to follow little fellow?” She picked up the little bunny and heard a voice. She turned around and saw Skye with white rabbit ears.
“Put my friend down.” He said pouting. He took a few steps towards her, he wore his black and white beanie but the rabbit ears stuck out of the hat. His shirt was gray with a black vest; his pants were skinny white topped with black shoes. His chains hung from his pants.
“Sorry Skye, I was just testing out something.” She sighed placing the rabbit onto the grass. She couldn’t get anything from it. She assumed that her powers wouldn’t work.
“Skye? No miss, I’m the white rabbit!” He blushed softly. Two things ran through her head; this was a prank set up by everyone or she was dreaming. Either way she went with it.
“Sorry, you look like a friend of mine.” She said glancing down at the rabbit as it hopped towards him. She decided that if this was a prank that she sounded very gullible.
He picked up the rabbit, “It’s alright.” He said snuggling the rabbit. “Want to be friends?” he blushed awkwardly.
She giggled softly, this was just like him. “Aren’t I supposed to chase after you?” She said taking a step towards him.
“No, I rather give you a tour, and be your friend instead!” He said giggling softly and putting his lower face up to the rabbit’s soft fur.
She nodded her head lightly. “Right. Take me through Wonderland.”
Skye blinked as he raised his head away from the rabbit. “You know of Wonderland?”
Aaralyn smiled. “Yep!” she went over and placed her hand on him. “Take me through Wonderland!”
He nodded placing the rabbit onto the floor. He pulled out a pocket watch from his vest pocket. It reminded her of another pocket watch she saw earlier. She couldn’t place whose it was, but she knew she had seen one earlier.
“Ready?” He asked softly, his face a little red from his blushing. He opened up the pocket watch as it let out a melody into the air. A gentle breeze blew by and he whispered, “close your eyes.” She did as told and once she opened them, there was a large mushroom and they were tiny. She knew they skipped a bit--… Well a lot of the story but she didn’t mind, she wanted out.
“Hello, Mister Caterpillaaaaaaaaaaaaaar~~~~?” Mister “White Rabbit” Skye called out.
Aaralyn noticed green smoke coming from the top of the mushroom, she wondered who was up there.
“Coooooome ooooooooooooooooooon! Missssteeeer Caterpillaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar?” He called out again, picking up a rock and throwing it at the steam of the mushroom.
A head peaked over with long white hair. Inside Aaralyn’s head she knew it was Dylan.
“What?!” He shouted to them.
“I need help!” Skye called out to him. Showing him the pocket watch he waved in his hand.
Dylan sighed and threw what looked like puff balls into the air. The white puffballs went down to the floor of the two on the ground. Suddenly a giant mushroom began to grow under their feet. The mushroom was red with yellow spots, and was risen up to almost the same height as Dylan’s mushroom.
“What dude? I couldn’t hear you.” Dylan said. He was on his back with the hookah mouthpiece in his mouth, and blowing out green smoke through his nose. He had his arms behind his head.
“I need help.” Skye whined throwing the pocket watch at Dylan’s leg.
“Dude!” He shouted annoyed, he clenched his leg. “This calls for some teasing dude!” he raised himself. He wore a light green shirt. It was very lose, his pants were blue and skinny.
“I didn’t mean to Mister Caterpillar.” Skye cried. He flailed his arms instead of jumping off the mushroom.
Dylan removed the hookah piece from his mouth and jumped onto Aaralyn and Skye’s mushroom. “Sure you didn’t.” He said giving him a nuggie.
“I swear~~~~~~~~” He said letting out a loud whine.
Aaralyn coughed loudly, breaking the two from their playful fighting.
“So what do you need help with?” Dylan asked climbing his big mushroom again. He sat onto, crossed his legs and arm.
“I want to give Alice a tour of Wonderland, but you know… Missing a bit of characters (I guess a plea for people to join so there can be more xD)… And I don’t remember how to get to the Hatter’s and March’s place.” He pouted in disappointment with himself. “And yours was the only one I remembered.”
He tinkered with the watch a little. “I don’t remember what time is March and Hatter’s set to, but I know the Cheshire cat knows for sure. I remember his time for sure.” He calmly said with the hookah piece in his mouth as he blew out smoke.
“I know for sure, that Hatter knows what time to set for the Queen.” He said chuckling lightly to himself. He enjoyed messing with the Queen.
Skye nodded. “Right!” He smiled.
Dylan tossed him the tinkered watch. “Stay for a minute, I got something to show you.” He blew out smoke, and inhaled from his hookah mouthpiece and repeated.
Soon green smoke covered him, after his silhouette was no longer visible the smoke turned pink and out flew a pink haired little flying thing came from the pink smoke. “Heeeeeey~~~~ I’m a butterfly now guys!” The fairy—butterfly thing said. It was likely this “butterfly” was Luce, flying through the air.
Aaralyn was left speechless as this Luce butterfly took off. “Where is Lu- Caterpillar Butterfly man going?” She asked Skye who was staring at the watch to remember Cheshire’s time.
“Likely to go the Queen’s mansion. I think he’ll become his calm Caterpillar man self when he’s there.” Skye hesitated.
“Anyway!” He said he put his hand onto her shoulder. “Close your eyes again please.” He smiled with more blushingness.
She did as she was told and by the time the wind stopped there was some type of coolness. She glanced up—Regular size staring up at trees, which covered a lot of sun light.
She looked at the blind cat in the tree—Rikyael. He was laying all over the tree branch. He had dark clothes on which matched him very well, but he had cat eats and a cattail.
“ Heeeeeey~ Cheshire.” Skye said shyly. Rikyael’s face slowly turned to him. “Yes?” He said somewhat slowly.
“I kinda need help, showing Alice where Hatter and March are.” He said extending his hand, with the watch, to the blind cat.
He sighed. “You know there was are a whole list of times hanging on my tree, right?” He sighed pointing his cat tail on a list of times, for certain people.
Skye glanced at the list. “Are they together?” He asked looking back up at him.
“Why don’t you check?” He slightly snipped at him.
Skye awkwardly stood there blushing with embarrassment. “Right!” He nodded fully examining the list. “Okay I go the times! Thank you Cheshire!” He smiled.
Aaralyn put her hand on his shoulder and already closed her eyes.
The scent of sweet oranges came into her nose. She opened her eyes and noticed a table in front of her. She looked up at the Shirtless man with a rainbow hat and the black and red haired girl with brown rabbit ears and her dinosaur hat.
They smiled at her. There was a tea up filled with soda in it.
The rainbow hatter spoke up. “It’s orange s-o-d-a!” Aaralyn got a good look at him, his rose-ish eyes. Her mind went “BING!” right away she knew it was Nyxan, she looked back at the obviously this is Krisis March Hare.
“Isn’t this supposed to be a tea party?” She asked looking down at the orange soda.
“Yes, but the Queen took away all the tea for herself.” Krisis smiled.
“We don’t mind, not one bit.” Nyxan grinned taking a sip of his orange soda
“So you made it into a soda party?” She asked holding the tea cup up to her lips.
They shushed her and Skye came up behind her covering her mouth. “Please don’t say the ‘s’ word out loud.” He begged.
She arched her eyebrow in confusion. Krisis stood up and moved a couple of seats until she was sitting next to her, she whispered into Aaralyn’s ear. “The Queen outlawed soda, so we have to have a secret soda party.” She explained.
It made sense now. Well, kinda of…
Krisis moved back to her original seat and raised her teacup to her lips.
Skye removed his hand from Aaralyn’s mouth. “Hatter, I’m giving Alice here a tour.” He blushed.
“Oh is that so?” He asked sweetly. “Having fun?”
“It’s a quick tour but yes.” Aaralyn answered, she took a sip of the orange soda.
“Anyway, our final stop is the Queen. But I kinda forgot what her time was.” He giggled awkwardly. He knew he should have recorded the Queen’s number at Cheshire’s but he was busy trying to remember Hatter’s and March’s time.
“Oh I know pretty much everyone’s time.” Nyxan smiled getting up and taking his watch and looking quickly at the time and quickly set it. “Have a fun time.” He said taking off his hat and using it as a white handkerchief that you see people waving when you leave.
Krisis waved goodbye too as the two went on to their final stop. Before Aaralyn could open her eyes she heard Alex’s yelling.
“I will stomp on you and turn you into f*cking gravy!” She yelled throwing something at someone. The person must have dodged it because the thing crashed into the wall, and it sounded like a vase. She opened her eyes to see a worked up red and white dressed Alex and a calm Dylan.
Alex was dressed in a red and white dress (not going into detail. Too tired > >;;). Her crown was on the verge of falling off.
(Okay so yeah I don’t remember what happens next but somehow it ends with Alex and Aaralyn playing that one game with the ball and the flamingos…. NIGHT EVERYONE!)
