Friends: As he is a very amiable guy, Akio made friends quite easily. He was friends with all of his co-workers, as well as his boss. He considers Hikaru Fukuyama to be his best friend.
Past: Akio was born into a middle-class family. His parents were extremely strict, and occasionally abuse him, though he still had a deep respect for them. However, when his parents adopted Tenshi into the family, when he was 4, things took a turn for the worse. They became even more abusive, and Akio lived in fear at his home, constantly protecting his sister from harm. Ten years later, he decided to take Tenshi and run away. He dropped out of school so that he could work multiple part time jobs and make a living. Though they could barely pay the rent, they still managed to get by. He enrolled Tenshi in school and continued work, living simply to make Tenshi's life easier and more enjoyable.

Description: Has large, fluffy white wings that contract when he is not near Akuma (Tenshi), and extend upon sight of her; if anyone attempts to touch the feathers, they become razor-sharp; only Akuma can touch them without being harmed.
Power(s): Healing powers. He can heal any wound, even an internal wound, though it also takes much of his energy to do so. He can heal one would with ease, but multiple wounds are draining.
Weapons: Razor-sharp feathers on his wings. They can shoot out at his opponents or act as a shield if need be.

Death: Akio had always been suspicious of Tenshi's friend, Chi. When she confessed to him and he rejected her, he saw the brief flash of rage in her eyes before she dissolved into tears. However, she was good to Tenshi, so he allowed them to remain friends. One day, Tenshi asked Akio to give her dance lessons, as it was something he had picked up as a boy. He complied, though Tenshi was clumsy and eventually they toppled over. Chi entered the room at this moment, assumed the worst, and, consumed with rage, murdered Tenshi. Akio, in an attempt to protect his sister, died as well.
Reason to Come Back to Life: Akio swore long ago that he would do anything to protect Tenshi, and that he would never leave her side, no matter what. As she is set on returning to life, Akio is bound to follow her through her journey. Wherever she is, Akio will follow.
