CB Radio - Authentication Failed

I've heard many people on forums talk about this CB radio issue. So I'm just gonna make this clear for everyone who uses the CB radio. The CB radio closes off 2 hours before a new mission comes out. So for example, if a mission comes out on 3:00 am, the CB radio will most likely not going to be available from 1am to 3am. This also same goes for bosses. Bosses will also not spawn between the 2 hour period before the next mission is available. This time of period is called VOID TIME.
When the CB radio is unavailable, it will most likely show an "Authentication Failed" Message in red words shown below:

So don't get pissed off just because the CB radio is not working, it's just because the moderators have close the system off for a reset.
