Experimental Poetry: Dreaming

I sleep, lying in the sun,
dreaming of the days we spent together.
Clouds roll overhead
bringing promises of rain.
Everybody is nobody sometime.
Why are you somebody now?

I am lying in the grass
dreaming of how we spent our days.
Thunder rolls and
I think of rain.
Nobody is nearby,
and yet somebody is here now.

Lying in the grass,
I look up at the clouds with
raindrops on my mind.
Rainbow in my eyes.
