I've been talking to opalskys about her father, who has cancer, and I had a great uncle who died from it. Then I started thinking about how hard it is when loved ones die. It brought back my worst and saddest memory...
There was this kid I knew about five years ago at school. His name was Jerry, and he had a deformed left hand, a mother with mental illness, and a grandmother who was constantly trying to protect him. His mother's problem was that she couldn't focus on things (not ADHD, but similar) without her meds, and she got really fustrated when she couldn't concentrate. Normally, she took it out on Jerry. One day, he came to school with a huge red hand mark on his face. My teacher called the principle and the principle called the cops. Nothing happened to his mom cuz it was a mental disorder.
The sad thing was, I think this kid had a crush on me. At the time, the boys hated me, thought I was gross, and only a few treated me like a normal girl. He was one of them that treated me normal. The truth was I kind of liked him back.
The next year, he went to a different school. When I walked in one day, I was told the news that he died. Apparently, his mother didn't take her meds, and was trying to read a book. When she couldn't focus, she got up and beat him to death in his sleep. Currently, she's in jail.
I can never forget him. He was really nice, though a little fustrating at times. The name Jerry always makes me cry now. And I am truthfully crying right now.
I have decided to extend the dead line to January 10!

A few days ago, I went and bought death note season one part one for my iPod. Well, I have the v.3 nano, the silver that only hold 4 gigabytes. I used half my storage space, so I only have 2 gigabytes left. Well, the whole season was a five gigabyte download. (note: gigabyte is a unit you messure storage with, and also the largest unit.) Now, I also only have, like, 10 gigabytes in my hard drive...
basically, I totally wasted $35... and me and my dad are the only ones laughing! My mom is the major computer geek in the family, if you have ever heard "White and Nerdy" by Weird Al, the song fits her to a "t" (except we don't have a segway). My brother thinks I'm just plain stupid.
Oh well! now I don't have to search everywhere on the web to find each episode in english!

BAM! My computer decided to be a hater and not let me see the page...
