"Oh hi puppy Spot want some food?We got some of those mini tacos you love and some fish"the girl I called Sarah said I nodded eagerly

After walking around for hours I found it raining and my fur soaked.'I need to find a place to stay'I thought gently small dogs and their owners ran by me the owner ushering the dogs to hurry which they obeyed in a hurry 'pampered'I thought sourly then a woman passed a big big Great dane beside her it looked at me

"Holy mother freak don't eat me!"I yelped the Great dane chuckled

'meanie bo beanie'I thought The woman came up to her dog and smiled at me."Poor dog lets take you home Duke get her and put heer on your back becareful though she has a cast poor sweet heart"the woman said as the dog called Duke put me on his back I balenced myself on my belly on him 'not very soft'I thought the woman kept looking back at me and Duke for some reason "what does she have to say?"I asked Duke whispering

"that she is my Owner Kara so watch it dog"Duke said

"Have you looked in the mirror your a dog too!"I yelled Duke dropped me right then

I yelped out in pain it got my bad paw too Kara slapped Duke's snout

I silently got up and limped with her while Duke was in last taking up the rear.Kara took me to a big big house with a fenced in yard and made Duke stay outside from his act with me "Sweet heart I hope you know Duke is a sweetie just not now"Kara said I nodded she moved a peice of paper and a pen to me I was confused then

I nodded then curled up in a ball on the bed she gave me she told me I'd see a vet tomarrow if I was still here by tomarrow.
