No matter what happens... we shall never split.

I had to escape.
Baby I should have called you first, but I was dying to get to you.
I drove all night to get to you.
Is that all right?
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
A love story. Stories are timeless. We all fall in love eventually… but most of us won’t go that extra mile. When a person says “I love you” you should love them back. True love is an exotic taste that is both electrical and burning. You long for that person. You can’t help it. Sometimes… there is betrayal.
Sometimes… there is, but love is a feeling that should be shared.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
We drove… we drove all night. We each took turns driving to Arizona, so we could each take a nap. We mostly did not talk, but Ashe decided to break the silence.
“What are we going to do when we get there?”
We are supposed to look where the light ends”, replied Kathrine remembering the invoice she received.
I looked up from the book I was reading. “Are any of you upset that we split up?”
“Not really”, Kathrine answered.
“Yes, I am”, Ashe’s voice broke on the last word. She took some water from the backseat of the car and tried to clear her throat.
“Turn here”, I said.
“Are you okay, Ashe?” Kathrine asked.
“Yes, I’m fine.”
“No, you’re not”, I said sternly. “You’re sad because we left them. Just as I am.” There wasn’t a shred of grief in my voice.
“Then why do you not sound sad?”
“Because I already know the outcome of their adventure.”
“Why do you know everything”, Ashe snapped.
“I was… told in advance.”
“How?” Kathrine asked returning to my original statement.
“Long story.” They decided not to push me. We were about three hours away from Phoenix… and then our hunt would begin.
“Jay?” Kathrine asked
“Yes?”
“Why are we doing this?”
“Because it is our duty.” I almost chocked at the last word, but I had to control my emotions.
“Why must you die first?”
“Because it is my duty.”
“Could you tell me why I should die?”
I looked at her, startled, because she wasn’t supposed to know she was going to die not yet. “Yes… I can.”
“But you aren’t going to tell me are you?”
I paused- with grief- then started. “The only thing I can tell you is that you will die, the loneliest of us all.”
“Thank you”, she whispered. No hint of sadness.
“Turn to I-10.”
“K.”
“Ashe you need to get some sleep.”
“Why?” she asked me.
“Because you must do this.”
“Will you two come with me?”
“Yes.” Kathrine and I chimed in. Though clearly, the question was meant for me.
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
It was morning when we finally reached Phoenix. I told Kathrine to get of the long highway to the sandy desert. We drove looking for the light for what seemed like forever.
Finally, we came to what appeared to be an abandoned shack enclosed in a wire fence. The fence gave off an electrical current that was so bright it blinded us.
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
We got out of the car, took some supplies, and went to the gate.
“There is something I need to tell you two”, I said stopping them.
“Yes?” Ashe asked.
“What is it?” Kathrine asked.
“If you get scared in there then take my hand, and if we die… it won’t be the end.”
“Okay”, they said quite flustered.
We pushed the wired gate open and walked along the broken path to the front door. I pushed the door open and it fell to the ground. I tried not to let my face redden.
“Way to go, Jay”, Kathrine said.
The only thing on the inside was a long table that didn’t fit the atmosphere. I walked up and pushed the table out of the way. A key pad immediately revealed itself on the floor. I entered the numbers 6- 5- 4- 3- 2- 1 and pressed ENTER. I stepped back and a trapdoor raised itself to reveal an elevator shaft.
“Creepy”, Ashe verified.
We stepped onto the metal plank which dropped them down. The speed it took us down was way too slow. After what seemed hours, it stopped. The floor number was- 500.
“That is cool”, Kathrine admitted.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
I was wondering why the lights were off in the elevator shaft, but I finally realized the lights were frozen solid. We took a flash light out of Kathrine’s purse and turned it on. We walked past the first corner and came to a fork in the path. The right path’s lights were on which was weird considering how cold it was. The left was darker and colder. Ashe shone the light on the wall.
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
There was blood everywhere. All over the walls and down the hall.
“It appears that someone was dragged down here”, Kathrine said.
“I don’t wanna know”, Jay said.
“This is loverly, it even smells nice!” Ashe said sarcastically.
We walked down the wall and stopped, for we had heard the most horrible scream we had ever heard. It sounded like a witch’s cackle. But more feline.
“AAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
“She is old”, I said.
“Don’t care”, Ashe replied.
Ashe got her fighting stance ready, I pulled out my swords, and Kathrine folded her hands flat. We were ready.
We came out of the hallway into an even bigger elevator shaft. We stepped onto the metal plate and it started to go down. Then it started to plunge… I saw ten floors go by in a second, then a hundred.
“What the hell!”Kathrine screamed.
“Look up!” Ashe screamed back.
There above us was the girl, Veronica. She had black hair and black eyes with the look of death in them.”YOU WILL DIE HERE!” she screamed at us.
Out of a blur of green wind, came the most horrible looking people we had ever seen. They almost looked dead.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
There was an army before us and we had to face them. I walked to the first one and cut off its arm to see what he was.
The arm fell off and started squirming. Then the stab where I cut off the arm became sticky and grew back another arm. I ran stupidly back to the others screaming, “ZOMBIES!”
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
Ashe was first. She kicked a slice of air in her feet. The slice cut a few zombies but not enough. Kathrine ran to a crowd and brought her hands down in a flaring motion. Combustion. Twenty zombies went down. Then, it was my turn. I reached up before a zombie could bite me and flew upward in a pillar of water where Veronica clung to an invisible wall. She screamed… again. And I exploded… my arms and legs pulling away from the scrunched up ball I had become. The water flew in a wall of terror toward the zombies, and… I fell… to the ground.
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
I was falling… falling to the endless ground that never got closer. Then I heard Ashe’s voice and realized she caught me in midair. She set me down. I saw she was bleeding from a scar across her face from where a zombie scratched her. Kathrine ran back toward us creating a wall of flame between the zombies and us with each step she took. She stooped down and they both took my hand…
We flew back up from where I fell (great I can get hurt again) and became bright. I showed blue. Kathrine red. Ashe green. I moved my body wrapping water around myself. Kathrine folded her hands made a smaller flame. Ashe wrapped her hands around herself creating a barrier.
I turned my water loose creating streams of ice. I shot them at Kathrine. Ashe created a whirlwind chocking the air around us and hurled it at Kathrine. You could hear the screams of Veronica below us.
Kathrine blew fire breath at the ice and wind. And took them in her hands. She created light and threw two orbs to us. We caught them and lines of electricity created barriers between us in a triangle. We flew to the ground and threw the orbs at the ground.
They smashed and we were taken over with the power of lightning. We shot flames of electricity in every direction. Permanently killing the zombies. Then Ashe walked to Veronica and Kathrine’s and my powers were taken from us. We fell from the spot where we hovered above the ground. We landed with a thud and pain started to creep in my head. I opened my eyes to see what Ashe had done. She had created a link between her and Veronica shocking her to death. Veronica fell back and Ashe threw the girl and the orbs in the air. They hit each other and she exploded in a show of sparks. Ashe watched the sparks and then the elevator stopped…

I have no interest in prisoners... kill them all.

...............................................................................
As the seasons change the world changes with them. We transverse from Fall to Winter. The world has become painted in white. The trees become dark with an iridescent glow, and yet... people remain the same. They also change from wonder to destraughtness.
..............................................................................
"How many are there?"
"Six."
"How many I. T."
"Eighteen."
"Any have relatives?"
"Most do."
The womanly voice, who was asking the questions showed her face to the master.
"The Season for giving is upon us, Master."
"So it is."
"What are the orders?"
"I have no interest in prisoners...kill them all."
"So be it, Master."
The girl walked away leaving the man, who was dark of face, to sit on the balcany.
..............................................................................
THE DARK PROPHESY.
Six shall destroy the lives of all.
They have help.
Reborn of fire and darkness.
The winter comes, and they die by the thousands.
They are a vine off the tree of orignality.
The only way to destroy is to kill from within.
...............................................................................
The man sat in the room. He took a paper from a table in wrought iron and read it. Sitting in the bitter room, he stood reading. He rang a bell next to the door, and a tall slender woman came in.
"Yes, master."
"They are on the move."
"What shall we do?"
"Send two to the desert near the shack, and release the zombies."
"The ones caused by the virus?"
"Yes, we must test their strength."

The Spirit within us... breaks the dawn.

Where are you Christmas?
Why can't I find you?
Why can't I hear music play?
My world is changing.
Does that mean Christmas changes too.
...............................................................................
See what our times done.
The joy of Christmas is not enough to lift this pain.
It will become bigger and bigger until we explode.
...............................................................................
To understand is too lose...
To win is to lie...
The virtures were broken and lost forever...
Will we ever get it right?
The world might never know...
...............................................................................
"To tell the truth. I really don't remember when I got them.", Jay said slowly.
"If I remember correctly it was directly before I saved Patricia. It was early November, on a Wednesday. I was driving back from the University, and I passed a river behind a small town..."
...............................................................................
Jay drove his way along a winding path. Leading to his home. Or so he thought.
"Aww crap", he thought."I took a wrong turn...hey, wait what's this?"
He came to a small undeserving town. One of those quaint little villages where you would expect a grand feast on Thanksgiving.
..............................................................................
"I'll drive through the town."
He drove slowly up a road leading through the town.
He ended up leaving the town and coming to an open field.
..............................................................................
In this open meadow, there was: a stream of aqua essence, trees only fit to be found in a fairytale, and the light was warm and crisp. The air felt light and brillant and the sun danced around the fields; bathing it in warmth. Something was also off about it. Like a shadow lurked nearby...
..............................................................................
In the middle of the field was what appeared to be a stone altar. There were holders, six of them. Jay walked up to one. He read it, "Air." He stepped up to another and read it,"Water." He found an inscription in the middle of the altar. It read,"Those who reside over us will collect us and have unmeasurable strength. The ability to control the elements will come with a price...worse than death itself. None shall die in the hands of a lover. They will die the death of loneliness and broken-heartedness. They will rid the world of the other altar. Dopplegangers make the world worse than it appears. They will help the ones that can't help themselves. Everytime one is killed... the ability will be uncovered.
...............................................................................
"That sounds horrible.", complained Ashe.
"It should.", said Jay.
"How does this relate to your weapon.", Kathrine asked. She came up behind Jay and Ashe and was listening to their talk.
"I will continue... After I had helped Patricia, I went back to that place."
...............................................................................
Jay stood standing. In the same place where he stood before when he came here. He went to the altar and noticed a shimmer of light sparkle at his feet.
...............................................................................
Suddenly a staircase of light appeared before him leading him upward. He took one step and then another...
...............................................................................
He reached the top step and walked into an archway of light.
"I wondered when one of you would have showed up.", said a feminen voice that sounded vaugely familiar to him. A woman with black hair and brown eyes stepped out of the light.
...............................................................................
"Do you remember me, Jay?", she asked.
"Let me think.", he replied.
"Will you require a hint?"
"A little one would help."
"Remember who gave you the idea for the bonus points on your tests to be from American Idol."
"No, it can't be. Mrs. Ezell. What are you doing here???"
"I am one of your insperational teachers."
"Huh?"
"Me, along with many others, are here to help you and your friends through this."
"Through what?"
"You read the inscription didn't you?"
"Yeah."
"Then decipher the meaning."
"We were the ones who would better the people."
"Yes, that's it exactly."
...............................................................................
"Great, so what do I do now?", he contorted
"You have to get rid of our evil.", she said smiling
"But I don't understand. I have no skill."
"You do have a skill. The ability to sense the change in others and judge character. What element from Science class is adaptive to many different states?"
"Water, exactly."
"Right."
"You mean to tell me I can control th water."
"Any substance that has water in it."
"That was how I was able to control blood."
"Yes, come I need to show you something."
...............................................................................
She took him down a hallway and into another hallway that was white with many doors. Jay read one, "Meeting Room."
"That is where the others are at this moment deciding how to approach these decisions."
"A weapon vault."
"That is the room that I'm taking you to."
She opened the door and they walked in.
Jay stood next to a bow and arrow. It looked like it was made of air. It was slender and long as well. He passed some other containers with more weapons.
..............................................................................
"This is yours."
She pointed to a case that was filled with frozen water.
She waved her hand over it and the ice melted. Jay reached into the tank and felt as if a warm current was flowing up his arm. He pulled out two curved and silver swords. That looked as if water was flowing through them.
..............................................................................
"The power of water comes out in curveswords. That proves my thought."
"What?"
"You shall die first."
"What???"
And with that she was gone and he was left standing in the field again. This time, though, he had weapons in his hands.
...............................................................................
"Wow.", said Kathrine.
"That just leaves more questions.", said Ashe.
"Yes, and now that we're all together. I have a plan.", Jay touched on the subject lightly.
Jay stood up and walked to where Patricia and the others stood. Kathrine and Ashe followed.
..............................................................................
"I propose that we split up.", Jay said.
"We just got back together.", Patricia said.
"No, you are being a leader and so am I."
"Oh, in that case I'm fine."
Patricia stood on one side and Jay on the other.
"Anyone who wants to go with me, come to my side", said Patricia.
Lizzy and Darkness walked over to her.
Patricia was stunned not by Kathrine's choice, but by Ashe's.
"Ashe, come over here."
"I...I don't think I want to.", she said.
"Why not???"
"I don't feel like I know you anymore... I'm sorry."
She walked to Jay's right side and stood a little close to him. Kathrine did the same, but only on his left.
"We shall go to the desert.", Jay proposed.
Ashe couldn't talk.
"We shall go to the plains", Patricia announced.
...............................................................................
They go their seperate ways, but all will be in vain...

Isolated from the world...

I fake a smile so he won't see.
I'll beat she's beautiful that girl he talks about.
I laugh cause it's just so funny.
I wonder if he knows he's all I think about at night.
...............................................................................
Our Love,
As we write this we think of the good times we had. The laughs used to share. The secrets we would tell. To understand the truth, those times are gone and we have drifted apart. We will cry ourselves to sleep, and after a while we shall all forget. We are sorry, but we haven't the strength to be isolated any more.
With love
??? and ????

...............................................................................
Maybe friends aren't the problem here. I think it's the other people around us that slowly drives us into demonic rage.We boast about ourselves to others when we shouldn't. Taking for grantid the company of others. People are not all what they seem to be. We are all muck and scum on the inside...no feeling for others.
..............................................................................
Kathrine staggered back, rage flared in her eyes. She was about to go after Darkness when Lizzy stopped her.
"Don't."
"Why shouldn't I punch him back?!"
"Because you know it's not right."
"And your point???"
"Just restrain yourself."
"FINE!"
She walked past Lizzy and went to Darkness.
"Watch your back because one day you'll pay for that."
"As if."
...............................................................................
Jay and Ashe had passed out for a little while. Jay woke up first and splashed water on Ashe. She woke up, but she awoke up more peacefully then others. In that instant everything was clear. Everything went away. They seemed to be in an endless relationship of understanding at the moment.
Jay asked, "Did I ever tell you how I got my swords?"
Ashe replied, "No, I would like to hear it though."
..............................................................................
We shall digress from the topic...for now.
..............................................................................
A girl's horrible shriek could be heard all over the castle.
"Hold her down and stop the screaming!", commanded Stuewart.
A man and a woman held the girl down, while another man took a bottle of green liquid and shot it up her arm. The girl became calm, she couldn't scream and she could barely move her green eyes became dialated.
"Tell us what you know Michelle"
"I know nothing.", said the girl.
"You do know something about the six."
"I do not."
"Your one of the girl's sisters for cring out loud!"
"How quaint, you think because I am swift of mind I know everything."
"You should."
"All I know is that four of them will die."
"When, where, and by whom."
The girl didn't answer she was too drugged up to keep talking.
"Lock her in this room, and let's go and question the others."
They filed out of the room and left, locking the door behing.
..............................................................................
The moon rises with the dawn...
The sun rised with the eclpise...
The stars fall dark...
The sky becomes yellow...
The world between called Twilight... it must have a master.

The difference between us.

I battled by telling the truth.
Money over love.
I don't care about anything.
With a carefree expression.
The boy will always...always be my secret love...
...............................................................................
A secret love like passion. Completeing them. Turning them cold. Creating the pain, that must consume anything, if aren't careful.
They were careful. Always looking behind their backs, and now look at them.
They are foolish idiots.
...............................................................................
"No way, I'm not doing this!", Ashe screamed.
"Too bad your screwed, you have to do this!", Jay screamed back.
"I have the right..."
"You have no right! Do you think that I wanted these powers?! No, I didn't, I didn't want any of this. Sometimes you feel like a monster. You can't control it. It's like a thief waiting in the night."
"That's it I'm sick of you! If you wanted a fight you should've just asked."
"I just did."
..............................................................................
Jay and Ashe ran outside to make sure no one else noticed. Unlike they already did. The rest followed hoping that their friends wouldn't kill themselves.
...............................................................................
Water against Air.
Jay stood on one side of the parking lot. Ashe on the other.
"You haven't even realised your powers."
"It doesn't matter I can still beat you."
...............................................................................
Ashe spread her hands and the air felt.
Jay lifted his hands and the air felt dry.
Ashe jumped in the air and landed perfectly on a car.
Jay moved his hands in a circle and water was purged from the air around him.
"Ladies first."
"With pleasure."
..............................................................................
Colors
Ashe kicked in the air and slpiced the air around Jay, flinging him back.
Jay jumped up and made the water into a shield. Ashe punched. Jay turned the water to ice. Ashe did some jabs in the air, carving Jay's sheild down. Jay flung up and made the ice fling in disks at Ashe. Ashe jumped to avoid, but her face got sliced.
..............................................................................
She came down and landed on a light pole.
Jay flung his arms up. The water flew toward Ashe. It did no good. It caught her and she fell to the ground. She landed without a thud, but floated in midair. Jay rushed. Kathrine ran and stopped a few feet away from both of them. Her eyes show gold. The air between Ashe and Jay burst into flames, spreading them apart.
..............................................................................
The light of fire.
They were down and burned.
Kathrine stood there staring.
"Now we will go to the desert."
"No we won't", Darkness said.
"Yeah we are."
In a violent rage Dakota punched her...
