Hey guys!
Ha-ha, sorry that this place was dead and I never uploaded any art mew related. My lack of drawing totally put a dent in my inspiration and ideas now. I’m trying to get my drawing up and moving by doodling and stuff. For some reason its harder for me to draw at my table since my inspiration doesn’t last at all and I want to draw downstairs on the computer even though I want to draw in pencil. And there’s no way I can draw downstairs in pencil because of crappy locations and lighting, so yeah XD.
Anyway, I didn’t come here to just explain the obvious. I was looking for the Tokyo mew mew ost track and found a mega upload link to them, which was weeks ago. I meant to post sooner but I was lazy… (go figure)
So here they are!

And here’s the password for them

I really like the 2nd CD because that’s where they have the more sad, soft, pretty, and epic music rather then the bubbly background music.
And I have notice that the views in the world had totally sky rocket the last few weeks. I can’t even really keep up and half the time anymore XD. I’m really happy people are coming to see the world gives me more reason to update it.
So yeah, that’s it for now. I should be coloring the endless pictures that are still waiting to be posted XD.
Take care, and come, join, post and all that jazz….
Endangered Animals: Have You Done Your Research?
Hello, everyone! I’m Potato-U-Princess, and I’m here to talk to you about the importance of having an endangered animal for your fanmew! ^.^
Have you ever seen a Tokyo Mew Mew fancharacter who has the genes of a house cat or a golden retriever? Of course!
Is it believable? Not really, unless your character is under very special circumstances.
All mew mews have endangered animal genes, unless their authors are very creative and have gotten around it with a plausible backstory. Why must a mew have endangered animal genes?
According to Licorice’s infamous guide to creating a fanmew, “the character must have endangered animal DNA … The Mew draws their power from this animal's will to survive and protect its species. The more endangered the animal is, the more powerful the Mew will be. Likewise, the less endangered the animal is, the weaker she'll be…Injecting the DNA of a house cat into your character will not make her a Mew.
No "mythical" creatures should be used! This means no unicorns or dragons or anything of that sort! However, your Mew may appear to be a mythical creature (e.g. a lion and a golden eagle may make a “sphinx,” a Komodo dragon and a Rodrigue’s flying fox may make a “dragon”).”
Everyone who’s read Tokyo Mew Mew knows Ichigo is a cat, Lettuce is a dolphin, Minto is a bird, and Pudding is a monkey. However, there are quite a few people who don’t know that Pudding’s monkey genes are actually those of a Golden Lion Tamarin Monkey (Leontopithecus rosalia) or that Mew Ringo’s penguin powers stem from her pet penguin Yuki, a member of the specifically named species Humbolt Pengiun (Spheniscus humboldti).
When you make a fanmew, it’s simply not enough to say that she has the genes of a dog or a cat. It's very easy to find an animal for your character, you just have to look a bit.
Wait, what? You say your character has racoon genes?
There’s an animal for him. Just search for endangered racoons and you’ll be able to find the Tres Marias Raccoon (Procyon lotor insularis).
Oh dear! Your character needs to have the genes of a virus?
Well look up a disease that hasn’t been in circulation for a very long time. You mew can have the genetic material of the Whooping Cough bacteria, (Bordetella pertussis).
You need a yellow bird?
Use Kirtland’s Warbler, (Dendroica kirtlandii)!
Your animal doesn’t even need to be the same color as your Mew Mew’s costume or food name. Remember, Zakuro’s wolf ears and tail are purple and Berry’s black rabbit ears are white!
Just do a little reaserch and your fanmew will be all the more believeable!
I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for an idea for Ninniku's outfit, and now I got it! Finally! I just sat down tonight and did this. I'm really pleased with how it came out!

All the stuff ya need to know is on the picture. But should I put a gray frill-like stuff underneath her outfit, instead of the shorts?
Here's the long-awaited (well I think) draft of little Gurin. This is a sketchy piece, I know her arms are whacko, and her eyes are too big and too close together, and I know her feet stink. My little hoofted cutie. She's "deer" in my heart, no pun intended, but I'm still not happy with her hair. Any ideas?
So far here's her bio (I know, not very complete at all):

I just redid mew blue berry and I love her outfit but I still have a few ideas for her.
I dropped her old look compelety and started fresh like I was making a different character and it came out great! No fuss at all. :3
I want to do a little before and after and what things a I changed about her soon. Till then check her out! I'll post the colored version.
