Jail time for that is not right. A big time fine yes, closing the Restaurant yes, but going to prison. I think thats a bit much. The driver knew what he was doing to his body.

That's sad. -_- I wonder if their laws are similar to ours in that selling liquor to someone who is intoxicated is not allowed. XP
