Q: What does Asexual mean?
A: An asexual is someone who does not experience sexual attraction. Unlike celibacy, which people choose, asexuality is an intrinsic part of who we are.
Q: What caused you to be like this?
A: Um, nothing. What caused you to be straight/gay? I was born asexual. If something happens and causes a person to become asexual they need to get help.
Q: Did you choose to be asexual?
A: No. It’s not something you choose, most people who are asexual were born as such very few become asexual later in life. I have always been asexual.

A: How can you be sure you’re straight if you’ve never had gay sex? You just know.
Q: But you are in/have been in a relationship.
A: I don’t feel the need for sex; I feel the need for companionship as much as the next guy.
Q: But you watch porn!
A: I use most of what I see as references for pictures, I also watch porn because I’m fascinated by the human body, how it moves and works.
Q: You always make sex jokes!
A: Most of the time I make them out of habit, for so long I felt the need to prove I was normal and wanted sex that I made far too many sex jokes.
Q: Is this because you were abused as a child?
A: As far as I know, no? I never had sexual feelings before that happened and I never have had any after.
Q: So you’ve never wanted to have sex?
A: I have once wanted to. But I think it was more my wanting to want to have sex that made me think I wanted sex…
