"Because, if you try to pluck the pedals off of a lily, it's harder to do then with any other flower, in other words, lillies are the strongest, and roses have thorns but they can only keep people away for so long," Ren smiled, a sincere smile, same old Kyoko, "Kyoko?" he said, "Would you like to rehearse with me tonight?" "So, shall we use improvisation for this rehearsal too?" "Yes, I guess so," Kyoko looked around Ren's enourmouse room, and she noticed something odd, "Ren? Why is that here?" "Why is wat here?" "This," Kyoko picked up a small wite box, Ren smiled, "Oh, a freind of mine had an important meeting today, I had about four hours free, so I told her I'd watch her daughter for her, we were playing with that kit, I suppose she left it here by accedent, actually, wen we met today I was outside of my freind's office building, I bettter go call and tell her that her daughter left it here," "Oh, alright then," Ren went back to his bedroom to call the freind he mentioned, Kyoko sat on the floor, 'Ren was playing? With a little girl, even though Maria is more mature than most girs her age, he, never mind, I can't say that he never plays with her, but somehow, it's hard to imagine, yet, it fits,' Kyoko mentally watched Ren playing games with the little girl, he looked like he was really showing the girl his fun side, Kyoko kind of wanted to see that side of him, "Kyoko?" Kyoko turned around to see Ren in the door way, wearing a wite lab coat, Kyoko wasn't sure how to react at first, but, he looked so, strange, like that that she couldn't help smileing and laughing, "Hm? Wat's so funny?" "You, uh, you just surprised me, why are you dressed like that?" "It's one of the costumes for the new drama we're doing, do I look that ridiculouse?" "You simply don't understand suffisticated style," Kyoko couldn't help but grin as Ren began to do some fake modeling, she started laughing, and soon, so did Ren, 'I've never really heard him laugh before, espically not so freely,' Kyoko wiped away a forming tear and streaked her finger down her face, Ren opened one eye wen he noticed that Kyoko had stopped laughing, he ceased as well, "Is it swollen?" Kyoko looked up, "That scar on your cheek, it'll be there a wile, is it swollen?" "Not, not, really,""It may not be my concern but, were did you get it? How did you get it?" "I, was a bit careless," "Was it him? Was it Fuwa that did that to you?" "How did, how did you no it wasn't the Beagal Stalker?" Ren held back a grin, "Vie Goul, and because you were given that scar, before thathappened right? Before the incedent, with the stone, and, before, I protected you, and because, wen I saw him, the way he treated you, was not as if he had ever harmed you, I can just tell," "Mm, yes, Shotaro is the one that scared my face, wen I was warning him about the Beagal," "Vie Goul," "Yes that," was she trieing to make him laugh? It was working! Kyoko started to cry, she didn't no why in paticular, but, she was so happy, "Kyoko, please don't cry," she wiped away her tears but they kept coming, Ren held her close, embraced her tightly, "Don't cry, because it hurts me wen you cry," Kyoko had had such a hard existence, he wanted that to change, "Don't cry," he repeated, he layed down, Kyoko laying next to him, her tears ceasing, her breathing becoming normal, her head on his chest, her body in his arms, it was a very nice position, he stroked her hair, "Kyoko?" "I, I always want to be like this," Kyoko looked up, "I always want you to come to me with yours tears, instead of someone else, I want you to always trust me, and I always want to protect you, and do everything I can, to make you smile, Kyoko? Is that ok?" "Yes," they both rose up, Kyoko leaned towards Ren, both of them closed their eyes, and kissed lightly, and right now, lightly was good, because lightly, is something, it's something that was new to Kyoko, that no one thought would be possible, and during the time of the engagement, kisses would become more freqent, more natural, more passionate, and by the time the wedding came, Kyoko would be healed, with only a scar, because wen Ren Tsuagara kisses you, he dosen't just kiss your lips, he kisses your heart THE END
