One birthday gift I got from my parents was Rune Factory Frontier for the Wii. Very fun, controls a little confusing at first. But this one character... I really really wish I could play as a girl because I'd marry his sorry morbid... er, butt, in an instant. Or as quickly as I could gather all the requirements. Who do I speak of? Why none other than the sorrowful carpenter, Kross. I just like the mysterious guys, I guess.
I wish there was more stuff around the interwebs about him... Only a few short drabbles and a fanart (where he's barely pictured) on deviant art and some few shorts on FanFiction.net. Well, that's all I've found.
What a sad story that show tells. I just watched ep10 of Brotherhood. Poor Hughes. And the Elrics and Winry have no idea what has happened yet... Furthermore, Elencia's(sp?) reaction to the burial was just too sad. Poor, poor Hughes. I was rather fond of him...
Yeah, I've several on my jump drive just waiting to be finished! Every time I get around to looking at them though, no new ideas seem to come to me. For one, I know how I want it to end, but I don't know how I want it to get there. Like they say a little north of where I live, "Y'can't get there from here." Or at least that's how it seems right now.
So yeah. Horray for Fridays off from work! I've had a delicious lazy day. America's birthday is tomorrow, and the next door neighbors are having their usual amazing fireworks show. Can't wait to see that. And then... it's mah birfday! *grooves in her chair to the tune of the Beatles' "Birthday"* Uh, yeah.

In one day less than a month, I'll be able to drink alcohol. That... is something. I'm hopefully not going to a bar though... I wouldn't like that.
Been thinking about getting a scooter lately. Y'know the things... can't explain it. Picture!

So, Anime Boston 09 went quite well. The only line con repeat was with the masquerade line, which seemed ENDLESS. But the Thursday PreReg line was pretty long but went really quick, and the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lines just zipped along, I heard, so it was much better this year.
The Tardus was there. You know, from Dr. Who? It was really funny when the host for Anime Unscripted came out of it and then onto the stage.
