Good evening folks! 12 more new animes to review until I am done with the new fall batch! So less than 2 weeks! I'm pretty excited! Plot Summary - On a cross-shaped island in the South, a mysterious and gigantic humanoid robot known as the "Cybody" is discovered sealed in the underground ruins for untold ages. A group known as the "Order of the Glittering Star Cross" attempts to remove the seal by abducting a girl named Wako Agemaki, who they dubbed the "shrine maiden" and is the key to activating the robot. A boy named Takuto Tsunashi arrives with his own Cybody named Tauburn to rescue Wako. Thus begins a struggle to unlock the secrets of the advanced technology and prevent disaster.
My First Impression - Alright, here's what I thought of the first episode. The graphics were lovely, the effects were amazing, the action was epic, and the sound was wonderful. This anime really blew me away! It completely surpassed my expectations! While the beginning is a bit slow, the climax is great and the fighting scenes between the robots was outstanding! And get this; one of the voice actors for the main character Sugata ShindÅ, is Jun Fukuyama. That's right, the voice of Lelouch from Code Geass, also voicing in the animes Bleach, Blood+, Full Metal Alchemist, his background just goes on and on! Jun Fukuyama is definitely one of the best seiyuus I've heard, which makes this series even better! And the voicing of another main character is Mamoru Miyano, who is Light Yagami of Death Note, voicing in D. Gray Man, Ouran High School Host Club (as Tamaki), Soul Eater, Vampire Knight, the list just goes on and on! This anime is definitely bringing it for the fall season! What I didn't like was the name of the groups and the name the guys calls himself. "Galactic Pretty Boy"? That's kind of lame... But everything else is awesome, and I definitely recommend this to you all!
