Part One: Intro's are due.
This is the first chapter, well the first part in my story. It is called "Always and Forevery, Your Vampire Rose". If you have any sugestions please feel free to tell me. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. :)
High School=BORING!
Good thing I only have one more year till I can get the hell out of here.
I live in the town of Chico, California. All you need to know is that it is hell on Earth. Sure we may have a college, but that doesn’t change the fact that this town sucks.
Some may clarify me as “Goth”, “Punk”, or everyone’s new favorite insult, “Emo”. I despise that work with the passion of my entirety. That may be a little “over-dramatic” but whatever. People, who call me that, do not even know what it means. All they go by is that mainstream bull-shit they see on the web. Stupid myspace, I’m glad I don’t have one. Just because I like to wear the one color that goes with everything, doesn’t mean that I fit into a stereotype. Sure, I may not like where I live, at all; and I don’t associate myself with many people all too often. But whatever let these ignorant people think what they will.
My name is Lawliet Wilkinson.
Personally, I love my name. It is unique enough for no one else to have it. That is so spectacular.
My family consists of my mom, my little sister, and me. I have a father but we don’t see him much. He and my mom got a divorce when I was small. I still hear from him. Well, if getting a card every holiday counts as contact. He means well, but I think that if he is only going to half ass it with me, he should just forget about me. My mom hates it when I say that, but whatever. We have made it just fine without him.
I love my mom and sister. I don’t know what I would do without them. I may not have many “friends” but, I absolutely adore my family. I wish my mother would have picked a better location though. I only have one more year here though, so what the hell, I can survive it. My mother’s name is Lucy Miller; Miller, being her maiden name. My last name is my father’s. She is a lawyer at a local law firm.
My little sister’s name is Isabella Briggs, Bella for short. She was born when I was five. She is my half sister. Her father is Michael Briggs. He and my mom married when I was four, a couple of years after my father left us. He was a cool guy. He is this big business man down in L.A. He would, every other week, work at home; to spend time with us.
I always felt like an outsider when it came to Mike. I felt as if he never accepted me. I mean, I wasn’t his. But oh well. I had mom and Bella. That was all I cared about.
They stayed married for 10 years. I never trusted him when he was in L.A. But with my mom being a hopeless romantic, she fell for him so quick with his pretty face and words. She never had the best luck with men. She trusted him so much. I though her foolish, but I never told her. He had an affair with he secretary for the last 5 years of their marriage. She ended up finding out and he whipped out that divorce faster than the speed of light. It ended, and Mike married his mistress shortly after. He name is Wendy Parks. I have never seen my mom cry so much. I will never forgive Mike for that.
He is a good dad however. He flies Bella down all the time to visit with her. He never comes up there. I envy Bella for that.
For the past three years, it has just been us three. Even though my mom is a single parent, she is still the best mom ever. I wouldn’t change a thing about my family.
It's not very good but I tried. I've been wanting to write something for a while. Thank you for your time.

Lawliet: My main character.
The main character is Lawliet.
Of course a reference to L.
I really like this name and I really wanted to use it.
Lawliet- An girl who is refered to as "emo"/"goth"/"punk". She has her own way of thinking and she can't wait till she graduates to get out of "This Hell on Earth" as she refers Chico, California. She loves the idea vampires. She only has a couple of friends or people she assoiates herself with.
That's all I have thus far.
