The Fan Words member list might take a little longer than the other ones because, simply, it's a new site and there isn't that much content yet. The member list would be rather empty...
I was talking to Mike today and he asked "so when will we be able to see our subscribers?"
I responded: "I'm not comfortable with that because of privacy issues -- what if you want to subscribe to someone but don't want them to know?"
And he said "What circumstance could possibly warrant that on theOtaku besides stalking?"
And I thought for a moment and said "you're right again..."
So it's on my endless to-do list, a way to see who's subscribed to you and for others to see who you've subscribed to...
Also: Very soon we're going to unveil a mighty new theOtaku ally. This is a company that holds a special place in my heart because they released the very first anime film I ever saw. Which of the following do you think it is (FUNi is already a theO ally):

I've been working on member lists and artist leaderboard rankings for theOtaku. It's been a sorely needed part of the site and it'll launch this week.
One of my favorite features for it is that it displays links to new artists who just joined the community. So if someone submitted their very first work of fan art, they're highlighted, giving you the opportunity to give them a special welcome.
What do you think is important in a member/ranking list?
I was about to go to bed and had a sudden idea of putting a random new update in everyone's backroom...I might take it down depending on feedback.
What do you think? Silly? Useless? Fun? Awesome?
