So everyone is going to start out with 50 points.
For every post you will get 20 more.
For a contest winner there will be 100 points. If there is enough people, I'll do first, second (70), third place winners as well (60). For everyone else that didn't win, they will get 40 points for entering.
If anyone does a Story Thus Far, they will be given 100 points since I know how hard it is.
Contest
I will have two different contests as I know not everyone can draw or put their pictures up for whatever reason, so I'll do a writing and a drawing one.
Drawing
Draw your character. You can do whatever else you want to for the background, just as long as your character is the main focus. Just have fun with it, ok? You can dedicate it to me so that I can keep track of it easily. If you want, you can also post it here.
Writing
Write a short story about your character's past. This way, we will get a better sense of who they are. It doesn't matter how long or short it is, just long enough where we can get the full effect.
Deadline: October 1. I give you all over a month. That should be plenty of time to work around school and whatnot.

I got up from my chair, and carried my book and my box with me, not really looking where I was going, because I got carried away with my thoughts; I tend to that alot. Stupidly, I had bumped into someone and nearly fell over, but luckily only dropping my book and my lunchbox. "Oh, I'm um, sorry," I said, getting down and picking up my stuff. I looked up to see who it was; "I'm sorry.." I apologized again to Salvatore turning light pink a little.

No sooner had Salvatore ran off that I was back into my lunch. It was a simple meal including a bowl of hot rice with some chicken on it, but hey, I don't skip meals! I wasn't going to make a big deal over him saying that Narumi and I were supposedly on a date. I mean, she and I have been friends for as long as I can remember, so it didn't surprise me that people thought that way of us.
Again, I wasn't going to say anything until I saw Narumi's face. She did a great job of hiding it, but I could tell she was a little embarrassed. I could hear her fan club nearby chattering stuff like, "What's that weird kid got that I don't?" "Why does she hang out with a loser like him?"
Of course, I only started laughing. I nudged Narumi's shoulder and gave her a quick grin, "I guess your posse likes me less and less every day, huh?"
She returned with a friendly smile, "You've got that right. I'm surprised they don't try to beat you up since you always seem so care-free about it."
The posse could hate me for all I care. Their approval doesn't matter to me. As soon as I had licked my bowl clean, I wiped my mouth and stood. Then, with a gentlemanly bow, I took Narumi's hand and helped her up in the most grandiose and over-exaggerated way I could manage to make it so that her fans would be sure to see. "Shall I escort you to class, Narumi-sama?" I asked loudly in the most cheesy voice I could. I hoped that Salvatore heard it too, even though he'd already ran off a long ways...

Lol I was going to wait a little longer before responding, but now seems to be appropriate XD Raijin's way of getting the final word: cause a scene. Haha enjoy!
"Salvatore, aren't you a little under-dressed? Just looking for attention from the ladies, huh?" Narumi teased me. i put my hands up and chuckled saying "I don't mind the attention." shaking my head to avoid showing my embarrassment
Narumi then asked and told me "Have you eaten? Because you should, you know. It's not healthy to be training and not giving your muscles the right nutrients and energy they need."
I looked at her with a somewhat surprised look. Then smiling, "No I did not eat. if I eat before I run, I will sometimes get cramps...and those aren't fun."
I then leaned down closer to Narumi and placed a hand under her chin and in a soft voice said "but I'm glad to know you worry and care about me."
After seeing Narumi turn a little red and I thought I slightly ticked off Raijin, I backed away from Narumi. I started to chuckle and smiled at them both.
"Well, I think I'll get back to jogging now. I'll see you two lovers later!" i waved and winked at them turning my back to them and started running again.

"Hey, you two! On a date, I see?" Salvatore teased us as he walked on over to us. It seemed as though he had been planning on going running.
I immediately blushed a little bit. My fan-boys began chatting rather heatedly between themselves about the idea of me dating someone outside their little fan club. I thought I had ditched them. There was just no way to really ditch them, I guess.
Raijin lifted an eyebrow at the idea. I have no idea how he felt on the matter, but I didn't want to stir the waters in case he didn't like the idea. "Salvatore, aren't you a little under-dressed? Just looking for attention from the ladies, huh?" I teased back. I stuck my tongue out at him playfully.
He chuckled lightly, holding his hands up in mock surrender. "I don't mind the attention," he shook his head. But I knew better. It embarrassed him when the girls commented on his muscles.
"Have you eaten?" I asked. "Because you should, you know. It's not healthy to be training and not giving your muscles the right nutrients and energy they need," I told him matter-of-factly. Those health classes really paid off.

Sorry it's short, but I wanted to post again. :)
I sighed, relieved that it was lunch time. Getting my lunch and my sketchbook out of my locker, I then headed outside, and taking a seat by the benches. Looking around, I saw Raijin and Narumi sitting together, and Salvatore standing by them. Looking back at my lunch, I started to eat. It seemed kinda lonely, but atleast I had my sketch book with me. Putting my lunch aside, I started sketching on my book again, like I always do. It felt kinda lonely.
