One of the most hated characters in the fandom because in equestria girls he was treated as cliché teenage movie protagonist "love interest", and just nice guy.
to me this isn't enough reasons to hate him, you're saying you don't like and the problems of writing of the character, now whose fault would be here? the writers, not the character, they just need to add more layers to his character.
my only problem with Flash Sentry is the human one put together with the pony Twilight, that's just weird.
I'm more interested in pony pegasi royal guard Flash Sentry if they treat him as a character first in the series.
I'm okay human Flash Sentry now with Sci-Twi, with Sci-Twi will start getting focus in next Equestria Girls movies, I think it opens better possibilities and chances to add more layers to his character, hopefully the writers take the chance.
