I chose to do Kogami from Psycho-Pass. I've had this render lying around for a while, I finally decided that this was the perfect time to use it. Besides, it'd be better if I broke up my Tobi wallpapers with other wallpapers.
Also, sorry, Snowzi, I'm using the same colour palette as you ^^'
