WOw this wallpaper was a CHALLENGE to create~
I made this wallpaper as a late birthday gift for my friend zombieusagi. I meant to make her a wallpaper this weekend but I was busy and life kind of got in the way.
This wallpaper features the one and only Dark Magician Girl,one of my favorite monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh. Actually she pretty music is my favorite. Well I like other ones too. But she's my main favorite. Anyway I digress.
I was a fan of the DMG ever since I first saw her appear in Yu-Gi-Oh. She was awesome. Ever since I saw her I wanted the card of her for along time(I do have the card,the first print version and I love it~) Also she's just so awesome. She's appeared in many episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh fighting along side Yugi and also she's even appeared in GX in one or 2 episodes. All I can say is DMG is epic. Had to make this wallpaper and I'm happy with it.
The background isn't realistic this time. Decided to try some new techniques and I found a tutorial which I used to help me make the background. I added a few textures to enhance it and used a few brushes. Alright I went a bit crazy with the brushes but they were pretty brushes. Anyway I also used zombieusagi's action which gave it a great dramatic effect and enhanced the colors. All I can say is I'm very happy with this wallpaper.
