Who is TOBI? 
This is just a wallpaper I wanted to do involving Tobi. Who is he? I really want him to be Obito, but I don't see how he could've met Madara (forgive if you don't read the manga and I just gave a spoiler). Anyways, I hope y'all like it. I was listening to one of my favorite songs by "There for Tomorrow" and it gave me this idea to do this wallpaper.
The kanji means deception.
