I had a lot of fun drawing this and creating the BG in PhotoShop.

This is fanart of ChibiUsa/Rini from Sailor Moon, she's one of my favourite characters, and I love drawing her hair. (Random, I know xD).

There's not alot I can say about this tbh, but I think my PS skills have somewhat improved since the start of the year.
