I simply loved this picture when I saw it I had to use it. It took me forever to figure out what to do with it. It took a lot of layers,Color adjustments,Brushes, and Blurring XD but I think it turned out okay since I havent dedicated anything in a while this one is for SakuraDust Hope you like it XP
