To my sis Anime Heart 2009.
Cuz,she love Saitou and I love Okita and about the wallpaper,
I just used the installation,I don't want to use the brushs,so I go to the search from site to site for background and like that @__@
I want to change from the brushs,you know..
after that I was found which I want,and then I make the wallpaper ^^ Hehe!!
that took me two hours.I am still tyro @_@

I was thinking if I dedicative to my friend Dyuu
or my sis,but I now chose,cuz I don't make wallpaper to my sis for a while.
and she like the Saitou thats why I chose her,and I don't know what character you like "^ ^.
